I wish I'd read the reviews first. I ordered a zebra plant and a bamboo tree through a GMA Deals and Steals offer. About half the fronds of the bamboo tree had fallen off in the box. One of the stems of the zebra plant had come off in the box. Both (but especially the zebra) were wrapped up so tight for shipping that it's hard to get them to relax to a more realistic look. read more

The only way that these products appear nearly natural is if you are in a completely dark room. Not only do these people need to buy a flashlight, they need to buy a ruler. The 24 inch pink cherry blossom wreath measures 10 inches from one outside edge of the wreath to the other. Don't purchase from Nearly Natural. I had no choice but give them a 1 rating. It should be ZERO. Waited 2 months for a 6ft artificial birch tree. Purchased through Amazon on May, 27th. Order would be arriving Monday, July 28. I was willing to wait. Two weeks ago, I called Amazon customer support because the tracking still said delivery by Monday, 7/28. They said it was on track for delivery. That there was no not available notice from the supplier. On Sunday, 7/27 the tracking still hadn't shipped!! I have NOT received the tree as of 7/29! Just spoke with customer service at Nearly Natural. They threw it back on Amazon saying their orders have a 24-48 hour turnaround. They can't check the order #, date placed with Amazon, or the description. Told me I can order it on their site. It's not the same tree, I don't like it, and it's an additional $100+!! One star rating. Wanted to warn potential Nearly Natural customers of a broken weekend cancellation process with this concern. Purchased a fig tree online on their website on Sunday afternoon. Tried to cancel order one hour later. No live customer service reps available on weekends so you have to send in email request. Contacted NN customer service first thing Monday morning to confirm cancellation. Was informed both by a customer service rep and her supervisor that no cancellation was possible as the shippers arrive at 5:30 sharp on Monday and quickly process all orders from that weekend. This despite the fact I had chosen the cheapest shipping method and tree would not arrive until next week. Find this rather bogus as priority shipping orders are processed first. Would appear that the no cancellation line I was given by customer service is routine....they know that returning an item and receiving payment is a long drawn out and arduous process with NN. Nearly Natural needs either to read cancellation emails sent before shipping (they said they are located in separate Depts., hence no immediate action on cancellation), or make available a telephone operator on weekends. This is simply a process to guarantee they receive payment for an order with little possibility of a timely cancellation of weekend orders one. There is a reason this company has so many poor ratings....its customer service is nonexistent. read more

My experience was good. Ordered a Christmas Tree that was available by several vendors but selected Nearly Natural because the price was significantly better. After a few days, I reached out for a tracking number via email when I had not heard anything. They responded the next day to explain the order was still being processed and would follow up with number. Later that afternoon they sent the information. Package arrived a week later. The tree is beautiful and as advertised. Giving 4 Stars as two of the branches were loose upon receipt. I was unable to attach them until I drilled a bigger hole and applied some hot glue. In hindsight I would have benefitted from reading thgese reviews prior to my purchase. My 2 fake plants came in separate deliveries by two different shippers. I was not notified regarding this situation and when I only received the one I thought that they had forgotten the other one. For what I paid for shipping I expected MUCH more. The fake "trees" are not what I expected and most likely deserve to be sent back but I would have to pay for shipment and wonder if they would make it back for a refund. THEY DO NOT RESPOND!!! Ordered 2 of their 5' topiary trees to go outside my front door to replace ones i bought from them in 2017 that rusted from the inside out and snapped off. I thought it may have been partially our fault since the pots collected water in them and had no drainage, in retrospect an outdoor plant shouldn't rust like that in a few years. But that's only part of the issue. We purchased replacements for over $250 each x2. Waited a few weeks and they finally arrived with both of the boxes half ripped open and in bad shape. When I opened the box the frames of both trees were badly bent, one of them on both sides. It took some force to do this. The box looked like it had been taped multiple times before as well which leads me to believe they may have been returned and the company just shipped them back out. So I contacted nearly natural and sent photos along with the one we bought a few years ago that rusted and asked for help. No reply after a few weeks. Then I get an email from them "how was our customer service?" are you kidding me? I responded horrible and that nobody answered me and I emailed them again. Still nothing. Luckily I bought from them through amazon and I told amazon and they are sending replacements. If I didn't need the old ones replaced so soon I would have searched for a different company. The customer service is not good. I ordered and paid for expedited fedex shipping. When I placed the order it gave me a 6 day later delivery date. I was satisfied with that! However, the arrival date kept changing. I received an email from nearly natural saying the order had shipped but it hadn't. Even with expensive expedited shipping, it took 9 days to receive. I called customer service and Enrique gave me the run around, telling me they sent me an email immediately after I ordered saying shipping would be delayed due to covid ( this didn't happen, I would have cancelled my order at that point.) he placed me on hold to provide proof they sent me the email but of course never found any because they didn't. Nearly natural doesn't tell you about any delay during the ordering or check out process. I purchased Topiary two of them Fed Ex delivered. When I picked up boxes I heard a lot of sounds like sand in box. When I opened box this is what I found . Pictures attached. I called Nearly Natural and emailed photos and was told as long as I mailed them back I could get a refund . Great well I don't drive and live not close to stores . Customer service is terrible no help. All the agent just kept tell me there's no refund until I drop off boxes at a Fed ex. I explained my situation but once again repeatedly told me as long as I get it back to a Fed ex I'll get a refund. Worst shopping experience ever, buyer beware! I don't normally write reviews, but had to take the time to do this one and hopefully help others avoid the experience I had. I also see the business hasn't even claim this entity on Yelp, so I guess that also tells you a lot about the level of customer service :( Placed two large orders and noticed after no update for a while the charges dropped off my card, which appeared if the order was canceled. Spent several days calling and emailing, with no answer, trying to find out what happened and only after saying I was going to pass the issue over to the BBB did I get a response, which said the orders were not canceled but rather they were temp holds on my card which drops off and will go back only once processed, which they said in witting will only be after my orders "ship in full". They then proceed to go and say that on inspection, one of my order was out of stock so they would cancel that order. The other order they said one item was pending replacement and they would get back to me with an ETA, (they never have) but they had now shipped out part of that order. Going against what they just said about only billing once an order ships in full, they processed a new charge on my card for the part order; they did not have authorization to do this. They ignored all of my emails/calls to question the above, and the items that did turn up didn't even fit together correctly. After a week of emailing/calling, I finally got someone on the phone and had them immediately process a return of the items, cancelation of the order, and refund. They still never did provide that ETA on the missing items. Items have been returned and now again they do no respond to email or calls, you wait on call going down the "next in line" and when it gets to your turn you are forward to a leave a voice mail. They have still not provided my refund or replied to my communication about my refund, so I have now filed charges against this with my CC. This has been the most unprofessional experience I have had the misfortune of with an online order. Use this company at your own risk. Update: Within a few minuets of posting this review, they suddenly replied to my latest email with steps on how to send a return for refund - Completely ignoring the fact I have already done this, that my email told them this and that I have the shipping tracking proof they received my items. They completely ignored and didn't answer the question I had sent to them, which is the fact they are in possession of my retired items already and are failing to issues the refund! read more

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Extremely frustrating experience and for that reason, I will not be ordering here in the future. I placed an order back in February and when delivered it was only partially fulfilled because they ran out of inventory. No one from Nearly Natural advised us, we just received only part of our order so it wasn't until I had to call that I was told they had no more inventory. I was surprised I got someone on the phone then. Anyway, I needed the entire order and have since been trying to get someone on the phone, left voicemails, emailed several times, directly message through the website, etc. Only success I've had was through Facebook messenger where they told me I should've received an email with the return label. I ordered an olive tree on nearlynatural.com after I saw them everywhere on Instagram. I just got a new house and in the process of renovations so I needed something to help fill in a bare corner in my home. It took awhile to get the olive tree, was sold out on Amazon and everywhere. I was finally able to snag one of these cult like plants with a discount code I saw on Facebook. When it finally arrived, it was broken. The trunk is so thin that it breaks easily. I know this isn't Nearly naturals fault but I was sooo sad. Yes, they were a bit slow in getting back to me, but I eventually got my new olive and I love it. It's always sold out so I suggest trying to get one the moment it's available. My advice : be patient, it's a pretty tree but fragile. read more

Be Very Weary of This Company! Their website is false and misleading! It leads one to believe that the boxwoods (for example) are silk, since they are accessed by clicking on the "Silk Plants" header link. They are not silk, but are cheap plastic made in China; similar to ones that can be purchased for 1/3 of the price. The website states "Expertly crafted in the USA by horticulturists using the finest materials" - this is obviously false! Customer Service does not exist! Despite emailing and calling customer service multiple times, I've never received a response. If negative stars were an option, I would certainly rate them negative. read more

2/27/2021 I placed an order for a 7' Xmas tree. 3/9/21 FedEx delivered a small box with a broken piece of pottery inside. I call Nearly Natural after opening the box, sent them 3 pictures while on the phone, told to throw it away and they were shipping the 7' tree. 3/22/21 I called to find out where the package was. I was told it was lost in transit, they had no more in stock and a refund had been made on my credit card. Today, 3/24/21 I called Nearly Natural back because still no communication from them and no credit on my credit card. My account at Nearly Natural only has the original purchase of the tree listed. Credit card company said to dispute the charge. I will never order from this company again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. I feel like I was scammed. read more
