Nearme Yoga is my favorite yoga studio. When i first started yoga, i would go around the area to different studios to find which was right for me. When Nearme opened, i went there for opening day, and i was hooked. Its the place for me because a number of reasons. Chelsea (the owner) is very personable, caring, and her passion for yoga shines through. The instructors are incredible at all level classes and really help you throughout the time you are there. The environment is different from others because there is also a boutique where you can find many different yoga related items that i cant get enough of, and you don't ALWAYS have to be completely silent at all times. Beginners and advanced yogis are accepted with open arms from everyone in the studio, whether its the owner, instructors, or the students in the class, everyone is welcome. I also love the various workshops that are put together and gives guest instructors the chance to expand their journey as well. Nearme yoga has everything from the beginner to the expert training. The atmosphere is an excellent addition to the friendly reception by the staff. The specials and the workshops that are offered add to the invitation to try Yoga. The kid's class on Saturday is a great way for kids to learn yoga as well as meet and work with other kids from surrounding areas. The teachers are awesome and make the challenge of learning yoga fun. The extra features, workshops and special events that are offered make this studio a one of a kind in the area. The owner does a phenomenal job at trying to bring to the area all of the trends that are being experienced across the nation. In Sept. 2023, I decided to start my yoga journey with Nearme Yoga,what a great decision!! Everyone makes you feel welcome,there's no judgement just encouragement. There is a variety of classes to fit in your busy schedule. The classes are for all levels and offer variations throughout the classes, so everyone regardless of level can succeed. The instructors are all diverse in their approach which enhances your experience. I also like the fact that events and workshops are offered to enhance your mind, body and spiritual well being. Its only been a few months for me and I already feel so much healthier and stronger. Chelsea and her staff have created a great community to belong to. Tried Nearme Yoga while I was in Town and it is so so welcoming here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and everyone was very friendly. I had put off trying yoga for so long worrying about not being able to keep up or feeling out of place amongst more experienced people in a class.. BUT the beginner class (instructor-Chelsea) here completely erased those worries and anxieties, I quickly signed up for 3 more classes (I would have done more if I still lived in the area or were in town longer). Definitely coming back when I am in town again and looking forward to some more advanced classes when I return as well as the Friday happy hour yoga ! I found out this studio was right around the corner from my house and I've pretty much lived there since. The prices are right where they need to be, the instructors are helpful, insprirational, and also learning with you. It's a beautiful, clean, relaxing environment that I love! The owner is extremely welcoming to all levels of yogis. Even if you haven't ever done yoga, you can walk into any class and feel totally comfortable. Also if you are an advanced yogi, the classes give you the chance/time to do binds/variations while the beginners stay in whatever pose they feel comfortable in. They have classes for all levels and offer variations throughout the classes to make it accessible to everyone. The instructors are always helping you meet your goals and do a good job at giving the classes a personal feel. I have attended a few classes at Nearme Yoga and I have to say I love the warm, soothing atmosphere and decor. The vinyasa class is perfect for all levels and it is absolutely just what I need at the end of a long day of work. Chelsea is friendly and welcoming and a truly supportive and inspiring instructor. I highly recommend this studio for beginners or people who just want to check out what yoga is about and at the same time the classes are challenging enough that those with more experience will find the class fulfilling as well.
