I had such a wonderful experience at Steamtown Hot Yoga. I was nervous the first time I came here, but the staff was very good at accommodating me and getting me settled before my first class. Before the class started they have first-timers meet with the instructor, who gives you a tour of the facility and answers any questions you may have. I can not say enough nice things about the staff here, they were extremely welcoming and friendly and even take the time to get to know you so that they remember you when you walk in the door. After my first class, they even called me the next day to see how I was feeling and ask if I enjoyed my experience. Unfortunately the packages are a little pricey for me, so I won't be continuing my practice. If they run the 30 for $30 deal again I will be sure to sign up! I highly recommend this place if you are looking into yoga or are already a practicing yogi! Great place!

This was such a great chance to hit the pause button and reset myself! I did not realize how much I really really needed this. I finished an hour of reiki feeling so at peace and relaxed. It felt like a weight had been lifted off of me. The salt cave is so nice and such a beautifully zen place. (I want a salt cave in my home now) Diana is hands up and down amazing. She's so patient, open minded, understanding, & has such a warm welcoming personality. I did an hour of reiki with her and wish I lived closer to go more often. She has an amazingly warm and gentle touch that made this reiki session even more comforting! Once we finished the session, the messages she had received and given me from the session were SPOT ON! It was exactly what I have been saying and feeling and wanting to work on and what I needed to hear and helped motivate me further.
