Unlike other organizers, she took the time to learn how my business functions in order to provide a solution that I (a somewhat unorganized and chaotic person) could implement on a long-term basis. As a full time PhD student, blogger, and founder of a brand new stationery company, I knew I needed a space that would serve as a haven for me to retreat to. Let's just start out by saying that we needed more than an organizer--we needed a miracle! We run our business out of a warehouse and truck, so with all of the awkward spaces things tend to get unorganized. When Marissa came in she immediately had solutions to our layout and tools to not only keep us organized, but to set us up for success! I can't express how much Marissa's NEAT services have helped transform our home! My husband and I are going through a transition phase in our 2 bedroom apartment, making room for a baby. NEAT Method came to my home recently when I was in desperate need of help organizing my home office. Coming from someone who works from home, it's a room that just somewhat fell to the waist side. I consider myself a fairly organized person, but sometimes it's just easier to allow the professionals to take over and alleviate some stress. Marissa did an uh- mazing job determining what the best layout for the room would be to make it more functional (even assisting moving furniture around!). She went through each drawer and cubby to determine what was essential to keep and what could be thrown out or donated. Marissa was so easy to work with from the setup to the finished product. I was about to buy a large closet system to store all my stuff to make room for my twins before I consulted with Marissa, she convinced me that I would be able to fit everything in my closets and empty out the closet in the nursery without having to buy any additional furniture.... I didn't believe it but decided to give it a try. Not only did I not have to buy that furniture, I had room left over in my closets and to top it all off she found my grandmas gold necklace that I've been searching for 2years. My Husband and I made a huge move from New York to Florida. Both of us have difficulties with organizing for various reasons. As soon as we met Marissa, we told her the situation and she was on board to help in anyway that she could. She came with an assistant Suzzie who was also a gem. They helped unpack boxes, and sorted everything. We had a horrible moving company, and it took more than a full day of work to get all of our boxes off the truck. We had to leave the house a little after what was supposed to be half way point in the move and Marissa was okay with taking the responsibility of staying in the house delegating where to put furniture and other items to the mover. She called us at the end of the day (which was later than when she was supposed to leave) explaining the horrible scenario that was going on with the mover. She took it upon herself to help get things off the truck and truly went above and beyond. She is SO organized and such a dedicated, smart, hard working, personable, and talented person. We are so grateful that we had her in our home for the 2 days it took to get us settled in! Totally recommend!!!! read more
