The house was left completely filthy with untouched rooms, closets and cabinets. They agreed to come back the following day. After arriving, they were argumentative about what was needed to be completed still, even after they admittedly missed some rooms. We paid $500+ (including a 30% discount for first time customer). The value wasn't matched with the service provided. We did not ask for a refund or for anything out of the agreed scope of work on checklist they provided, however it was rushed, and incomplete. The price for cleaning is acceptable, if the job is done properly. They were nice and apologetic to our faces but when we were outside of the room, we could hear them complaining to each other about us showing them the work they missed. I told them, it's not complaining if it's asking to complete the items on the checklist. I understand different expectations for cleanliness, but this was again completely missed full rooms, closets, bathrooms, light fixtures, cabinets etc. for the price paid, it should have been more than 2 hrs (both days combined) to clean a 3,260 sqft home. After they left the second time, they didn't want to do a walk through, we got the impression they were done and we were fine to leave it at that. Just be aware, there are reputable cleaning companies, and it is easy to make a good profit in this industry so you get the good along with the bad I suppose. The price would've been fair and reasonable had the job been completed in full. But this wasn't about money, it was more about lack of tedious attention to detail needed to provide proper cleaning.
