Human resources treated me like crap and fired me after getting covid 19, my grandmother is in hospice and they said they would help me with assistance and therapy. i was a great worker. worked 6 days a week, did my job so well, they insulted me by firing me, when I asked why they said we don't have a reason. they said over and over we wont fire you, you will be able to go to your grandmothers funeral. the account manager was making sexual comments about other co-workers, and threatening me about things that she had no place to. i made complaints to human resources about all these different things happening and instead of fixing anything they fire me. WHISTLE BLOWER!!! After getting covid 19 they had me travel all the way to the main office so they could tell me they were removing me from the account (while i was still sick!!!) and then 2 days later fired me!!! i did not deserve this i worked my end off for this company on 3rd shift. they do not care about their employees and they certainly do not care about their customers. I told the owner about the issues and she had nothing to comment. I even asked for at least a reference from the company so i could get another job and the owner refused to! sickening !!! I was working at Aurora Bay care hospital in green bay and the kitchen had bugs and they refused to do anything about it. The field manager commented on my weight making me feel uncomfortable in my first weeks working there, and openly made others feel uncomfortable about her being interested in women. I was the supervisor and secretlytook videos of the other employee acting hostile towards me because they were telling her it was ok to treat me like that. worst place to work for would never recommend to anyone !!!

Worst window cleaning service ever. Jack's Maintenance bought out Pro-Clean Windows and has ruined…read morePro-Clean's good reputation. I was with Pro-Clean for 10 years and they did a great job. The first year Jack's took over they failed every way possible. They are terrible at communication. Their CSR stated they accept credit cards but when payment was made they would not accept credit cards. They never showed up for the scheduled appointment then they showed up on the wrong day for the rescheduled appointment. Once they got it straight they destroyed the home. They dumped a bucket of dirty water on my leather sofas and never cleaned it up. The did not put the furniture back that they moved to get to the windows. They missed cleaning several windows but still charged me the full quote for all the windows. They did not re-clip the windows back in place. After they left it took me two days to correct everything they messed up. I called several times and talked to a CSR and asked for the owner to call me back. The owned never called me back after repeated attempts to get a hold of her. Finally, after three attempts she called me back and stated they would make it right on the next cleaning. I just called to have that done and they offered an insulting discount when they should have comped the service. I should have refused payment on the first cleaning. Do not hire these people. You will be greatly disappointed. I only gave them 1 star because the post will not accept 0 stars.
