Decent do-it-yourself car wash. Everything worked. No change machine - bring quarters!

I been to this car wash a total of 3 times. Their prices are a bit higher than the low end car wash, but the price difference make it night and day in term of the cleaning details. I took my wife's car to other car washes I always end up finding something I need to reclean because it was missed. At this car wash I took my wife's car twice and my car once the level of detail they clean it was excellent. Only thing that was a pain was that I had to put back my kids car seat as they would remove it to clean under it but they don't put it back on which is fine with me as I prefer to put it back on myself to ensure it is done right. Overall, my experience had been excellent and definitely wot recommend them.. only thing I wish they would improve on is letting people know if they are closed on Saturday on their website or something. As I have went there two Additional times where they just had a little sign telling theirs customers which we all already went out of our way. read more

i TOOK MY 1993 CORVETTE IN FOR OIL CHANGE AND HEAD LIGHT DIMMER. i PICKED IT UP A WEEK LATER . KEVIN told me he did not get part yet, I asked to speak to Abass he refused. He told me to come get car out he did not want to work on it. He was extremely rude to me. I was unable to drive the car out of lot it ran great when I took it in. All the gas was gone , it was backfiring and stalling. They at Neat wash told me nothing. I had to coast to another garage, They had to know the car did not run. It is now in a shop trying to fix the problem. The problem is going to be VERY COSTLY??? WHAT WOULD YOU DO?????? read more

The people answering phones here get very upset if you are confused by their branding. Everything from car washes (which they're offended if you need,) to stereo installations, to fabrication. All under the title of neat wash. Washing being the service they don't want you to ask for. Never made it past the phone call, maybe their capabilities with your car are better than their capabilities with a telephone. read more

These guys in the back who work on the cars and clean cars are really great and honest guys. I took my car here to because I thought I needed a oil change. Instead of just doing one to get the money they said I didn't need one. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Great customer service from the guys in the back who work on cars! We moved here in January and found them been going ever since. Very honest people and they do a great job with detailing your car too. We would definitely recommend them to anyone! I highly recommend this place, I am a Lyft driver and a passenger had thrown up on my seats New year eve and it was crucial that I get my seats cleaned the next day- I must have made 20 calls before I found Kevin with Neatwash and he got me in right away, got my seats cleaned and sanitized and was back on the road... my car has never looked better!!!! read more

Recently had taken delivery of vintage Corvette that had been in storage for a long time. I brought the car to Neat Wash to have it detailed and cleaned. Kevin did an exceptional job on my car and it is looking almost new. Kevin went out of the way to treat my car like if it was his. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Kevin. He was very short and rude; just that first impression makes me not want to give my business there. I moved here a year ago and to be frank I was disappointed with the detail work offered by auto detailers on Lake Emma and Rhinehart Rd. I found Kevin Mann through this app and am very pleased. Kevin loves what he does and treats your car as if it was his own. It's nice when someone who actually takes pride in his work and values the power of repeat business and referrals. Great wash and interior cleaning. They seem to care about the details and are careful to do a great job. Some creative marketing going on in my opinion... For instance If you want all the bugs off you have to pay more. I just moved here from California so maybe this is how it's done here... In Cali they redo the wash till it's good for free. In the end you get what you pay for and this car wash is worth it. 4 stars out of five due to pricing. read more

I've been to a lot of car washes , and this one really left me impressed. For the first time in a while at least, I felt I was getting my money's worth. The car came out clean, the interior was vacuumed properly, even in those hard to reach areas. It was just great. Will recommend to others and use them again! read more
