today at 4:59 PM for a simple oil change, and instead I left with damage to my car. During the service, Micheal broke the hinge that holds my hood closed. He spent about 30 minutes trying to fix it and was unsuccessful. Because another customer left and it was past 5:00 PM, he clearly did not want to be held responsible. Instead of properly fixing the damage or taking responsibility, he used zip ties to temporarily hold my hood together, told me it was not his problem, and instructed me to drive safely and not go over 35-40 mph until I could get it fixed elsewhere. Micheal you know you are the one who broke the hinge. This situation was handled very unprofessionally, and I was sent away with an unsafe vehicle and no accountability. I do not recommend this place based on my experience. read more

I tried this based off of recommendations in the local FB group. This "10 minute Oil change" took 30-40 mins. Service was good, I would've loved a water while I wait like Take5 offers. My air pressure was topped off and they offered to clean my windshield and lubed my door hinges. The pricing is a little cheaper than Take 5 but my service has been completed faster at Take5. Its a good alternative for Take 5, because its closer to my home. I may go back in the future. read more

I went here today for the first. Was greeted at my car immediately,by a very friendly young man. He answered all of my questions. They were busy. It's Friday and 1115am. 2 lines. As you pull in the lot,this young man instructed every other car to the 2 lanes. This is important and very fair,as my experience continues. So each oil change is taking about 7-10 mins. 1 person on break, 1 on tires,2 each under the hoods checking fluids ,changing oil. It appears the manager is double checking each car before they pull out( as he should).1 guy cashing out tickets. Very clean. I get into the bay. As the guys start on my car I noticed an older man 60 ish, standing behind my car. So the manager stops and asks if he can help him. He starts ranting about the line. It's Friday,you should have more employees on. Ppl are in a rush. I was in line before the car that's behind me ,but opposite line. It's not right the cars in his line are taking longer. Now the car behind me will get done before him. Manager politely says Sir we are working hard. We are busy. He starts with, well the last time I was here ppl cut in front of me and the wait time was long. Still the manager is nice It goes on for 5 mins. The man then states ,well why are you letting your guys take breaks. He says Sir it's a law that they get breaks. 1 by 1 I give them their break so we can continue working. He says ,well they shouldn't get breaks until when there's no line. We have things to do. As if only his entitled _$$ deserves human consideration. Then this man says and I have to $h!t. Should I $h!t right here. The manager says Sir we have a bathroom,would you like to use it. And walks him over there. 1st I applaud all of the employees,2nd I would have sent him next door to Wendy's, 3rd they apologized to me over and over. Which was not needed. They did nothing wrong. Me personally, I hope this horrible man reads this before writing his unwarranted negative review. If so you are a nasty human being,your entitled a$$ should treat ppl with respect. Stopped in to get the oil changed in my daughter's car. The staff that greeted us was very courteous and polite. Thought it would be a quick 10 minute oil change, which it was. Then we went to drive off and the car would not start. Not good! The staff worked on the car for 45 minutes trying to get it started. Turns out that a fuse had blown and needed to be replaced. They installed conventional. Said so right on the oil fill cap. Had to pay for 2 changes today, and they refused to accept any responsibility. Know what you are getting, and need! We waited over 20 min in line. We were given one price for the oil change while waiting in line. As soon as we pulled in to the garage we were told that there would be an up charge of $26 on top of the price we had already been quoted for an additional 8 quarts of oil. The dealership will change our oil at least $10 cheaper. Had we been told the price up front we may have changed our minds instead of waiting for so long with kids in the car. Up front pricing really should be part of their policy with no hidden surprises. read more

A couple months ago I went here to get an oil change. No problems. I went back today and they told me they can't get the drain plug off because it is stripped. They told me I had to go someplace else to get it off and come back. I said the only people that have touched the drain plug was them. Why didn't you tell me you stripped it last time when you put it back on. You just let me drive away with instead. Now I have to waste more time and money because of their mistake. It is disappointing. Not professional. When I was complaining the only thing the manager kept saying was that "it wasn't me that did it!" Way to take responsibility for your workers. read more

This is, by far, my favorite place to get an oil change. I've been coming here for about 12 years now and have never been treated unfairly because I'm a woman. No need to get out of your car, once you pull into their driveway, a staff member guides you into the garage. They're so friendly and respectful, asking permission before they open your doors (to lubricate the hinges). I recommend the full service for around $25-$30. It includes the oil change, tire pressure check, filling of your washer fluids, and lubricating the door hinges. I'm always in and out within 15 minutes, max! Another note about the staff- some of them have been here for as long as I've been coming, probably longer! I love consistency! read more

My tire pressure light was on but checking the air in the tires is part of the service. When I drove out my tire pressure light went away.I was also very impressed with the price for full synthetic.
