I decided to look them up to see if they could repair some damage to our SUV when we were rear ended on I-4. I found that they moved to Debary but kept the same name. If you need a body shop that puts quality first before quantity, check with them for your repair needs. Not only are they willing to work with you but will ensure that you know all you need to about dealing with insurance companies. I want to share the experience I had because I think it is above and beyond what I would expect from any business. I spoke to the insured's insurance company (National General) regarding getting things organized for the repair of the vehicle. Everything seemed to be going smoothly as I turned in my vehicle to OCC. I received a call from the insurance company that had supplied the rental vehicle saying that they spoke to OCC stating that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. So I brought the vehicle back to Enterprise rentals and then they drove me to OCC. All of the representatives of Enterprise had nothing but great things to say about OCC. When I got to the body shop, my car was still up on the rack getting repaired since when they took the car apart to repair it, there was more damage underneath to fix. Come to find out they spoke to the insurance adjuster and got it approved to fix the remaining damage but the adjuster never notified the rental company to extend the reservation nor did they tell me this. The owner of OCC saw what had happened and worked on my behalf with the insurance company to make sure that I was not without a vehicle to drive. Most businesses would have just let me sink or swim by letting me find a way to get transportation. Not to mention, when I was talking to the insurance company, the lady said affirmatively that it was 5 o clock and the other agent was gone for the day which basically said she was not going to help me. If not for OCC, I would have ended up having to spend money out of pocket than have the insurance pick up the charge. I will take my car back to them for any future repairs. Appearances of the owner / employees does not describe their character. Nice people to deal with as well as knowledgeable. The SUV looks great too.

Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days.
