When I called, I was told the repair would take longer than the original four-day estimate. I said I would pick up my car instead, and suddenly they said it could be finished within four days. The next day, they gave me an estimate that was about $1,000 higher than the insurance estimate, so I decided to take my car elsewhere. When I picked up my car, they initially charged me about $275 for checking the sensors and removing/reinstalling the bumper, even though I never approved any repairs. After I disputed the charges, they dropped the $110 sensor fee, but I still had to pay about $150 for work I never authorized--on top of wasting my time. Isn't the purpose of an estimate to let the customer decide whether to proceed before being charged?

Dana who runs the front office made sure I got a ride home so I didn't have to spend money on a Uber. Russell, the owner of the shop was really personable and beyond reasonable with his estimate and even did a few extra things at no charge. Richard who meticulously oversaw the work, handed me back my car in perfect condition. To top it off they offered for me to come back for a free wash and wax in 30 days. The quality of their work and customer service is second to no other body shop I have been to in my many years of driving.

I asked for a thorough inspection since I had recently purchased the car, but they only performed a basic visual inspection. While waiting, one of the employees complimented the condition of my air suspension and mentioned the technician had never seen such a clean C250, which gave me confidence that I'd made a great purchase. The service was completed in exactly an hour. Terrence said they found no visible issues and that the car appeared to have been well maintained. The pricing was fair, and the service was good overall. I'm not sure yet if LP & Sons will become my go-to Mercedes shop, but they definitely proved that appearances can be deceiving!

They were quick and did a fantastic job and the cost was upfront and what I expected for this repair. I also had a noise occur a few months after this from my suspension and I was unsure of what it was. they took a look at it and fixed it pretty much immediately for me, just had something loose on it, they will take care of you here, highly recommend especially for Stetson students as it is walking distance to campus.

I took my wife's car to other car washes I always end up finding something I need to reclean because it was missed. At this car wash I took my wife's car twice and my car once the level of detail they clean it was excellent. Only thing that was a pain was that I had to put back my kids car seat as they would remove it to clean under it but they don't put it back on which is fine with me as I prefer to put it back on myself to ensure it is done right. Overall, my experience had been excellent and definitely wot recommend them.. only thing I wish they would improve on is letting people know if they are closed on Saturday on their website or something. As I have went there two Additional times where they just had a little sign telling theirs customers which we all already went out of our way.
