Since we just built our house and I have boxes still around I woke up super early to rearrange the boxes so that they would be out of the way of the cleaning crew. I was in total disbelief when they DIDNT SHOW UP AT ALL! No Call! I sent a text message to Cindy's personal cellphone and her business phone because I thought maybe they couldn't find my house and got absolutely no response. After they showed, they called to say that they were wrong with their estimate and that they needed 500 for the deep clean. After several calls back and forth, we agreed to pay 50 extra but felt like we were bait and switched. They were in the house and we were stuck. The cleaning job was good but the cleaners and staff were not friendly. After a week of the deep clean, they informed us that their estimate of 140 is wrong and they want 200 per visit. For comparison, our previous service did clean our home for 140 a visit. They don't seem to care and don't want to rectify this, so we will be taking our business elsewhere and you should too UPDATE- after this post, we were contacted by the owner. She was very nice and apologized for how the initial interaction was handled. She worked with us on a plan and sent in a crew to clean our home last week. The team did a phenomenal job and the house looked great. They were personable and showed they really cared about our satisfaction.
