Since it was my first visit, they gave me a welcome pack with pricing information, candy, and a water bottle which was super thoughtful and unexpected! The lady who was working the front desk was very welcoming and informative. Fast forward to a week later, I went to pick up the pants and was told I had no charge... I was confused and surprised, but apparently the fix was minor enough where they didn't feel justified in charging me. A coworker had the same issue, took it somewhere else, and was charged 10-15 bucks so I was definitely expecting to spend that much. You can tell that they're genuinely caring about wanting to make a good first impression for customers and to give them great service. I was impressed and will definitely be back for any future dry cleaning/alteration needs.
