My favorite dispensary I've found so far in Fresno or Merced…read more I came here several weeks ago, forgot where it was, and have been looking for it ever since. Was so relieved to find it again. HUGE selection, great prices. The store is very clean and super Instagramable with multiple big screen TVS and all kinds of funky decorations. Really love the ambiance. Staff are highly knowledgeable and mostly friendly so far. Great prices on all my favorite brands. I took a star off because the receptionist, who looks like she literally just turned 21 yesterday, made me wait for security to come check my purse, which she defined as a "backpack." This is a disabled accessibility issue. I actually have a disability which makes it very painful for me to carry a normal purse, which is why you haven't seen me with one in years. I carry a 7 liter Dakine PURSE which happens to be in the shape of a backpack, but is smaller than most average purses, which are usually 10-15 liters. A mini backpack is a purse, and I'm pretty sure the dispensary doesn't have a legal right to search all purses. It's intrusive and annoying plus like, my arm is very clearly broken, do you think I'm gonna rob you in a sun dress with a broken arm? The security guard and I laughed at the receptionist together as I said, "This is very clearly a purse, and I very clearly have a broken arm." But other than that annoyance, I love this place and may upgrade them to five stars unless this continues to be an issue.

It's like he's only helping me because he absolutely has to. When I ask him questions he's annoyed when I follow with questions regarding the products. He is very short with me and today he asked me if I need proof that I paid here. Like not would I like my receipt but if I would like proof that I paid here and when he said it I just liked at him grabbed my things and I left but Lord knows I wanted to address him! Idk as a Budtender you should at least have the bare minimal of customer service skills and he is just absolutely horrible to me. I refuse to ever have him help me again!

It just so happend that the people's remedy had them fully stocked. Went down there and had a nice conversation with the general manager about the business. Two things I like about this place. 1) They aren't marking up their products to an insane process point. I payed 40 bucks for the same Ursa cart I buy a CaliKosher but at CaliKosher they charge me damn near 70 bucks. That's ridiculous. 2) They don't round up the price of the product and then give you cash back for the difference like CaliKosher does (which has always seemed sketchy as hell to me) If they continue to carry Ursa ill continue to come back.

Cali kosher has great customer service and I find catalyst to be a bit expensive and unsanitary place to buy from personally but would go there over here forsure.
