HUGE selection, great prices. The store is very clean and super Instagramable with multiple big screen TVS and all kinds of funky decorations. Really love the ambiance. Staff are highly knowledgeable and mostly friendly so far. Great prices on all my favorite brands. I took a star off because the receptionist, who looks like she literally just turned 21 yesterday, made me wait for security to come check my purse, which she defined as a "backpack." This is a disabled accessibility issue. I actually have a disability which makes it very painful for me to carry a normal purse, which is why you haven't seen me with one in years. I carry a 7 liter Dakine PURSE which happens to be in the shape of a backpack, but is smaller than most average purses, which are usually 10-15 liters. A mini backpack is a purse, and I'm pretty sure the dispensary doesn't have a legal right to search all purses. It's intrusive and annoying plus like, my arm is very clearly broken, do you think I'm gonna rob you in a sun dress with a broken arm? The security guard and I laughed at the receptionist together as I said, "This is very clearly a purse, and I very clearly have a broken arm." But other than that annoyance, I love this place and may upgrade them to five stars unless this continues to be an issue.

It just so happend that the people's remedy had them fully stocked. Went down there and had a nice conversation with the general manager about the business. Two things I like about this place. 1) They aren't marking up their products to an insane process point. I payed 40 bucks for the same Ursa cart I buy a CaliKosher but at CaliKosher they charge me damn near 70 bucks. That's ridiculous. 2) They don't round up the price of the product and then give you cash back for the difference like CaliKosher does (which has always seemed sketchy as hell to me) If they continue to carry Ursa ill continue to come back.

They're super friendly and helpful when taking your order. They ask what your preferences are and make a more personalized experience. Interactions are always quick and easy. They offer a wide variety of products for a really good price. They have daily deals on products as well that save you even more money. Higher Level also offers homegrown products, and their Guava preroll is one of my faves. Once the order is placed, it's fulfilled. The wait time to check out is very minimal, and check out is quick. If you sign up for Higher Level rewards, you get points from every purchase that you can use towards cashback rewards and get exclusive discounts and deals. At checkout, they apply any of these discounts. They also have a current spin the wheel promotion where you can get a prize for simply following them on Instagram. Def worth a stop.
