the worst part is the old man who answers the phone. he has has zero patience, he's aggressive, and…read morehas terrible customer service. he yells at you if you call once asking where your cab is since it's been 45 minutes and no cab yet. the drivers are shady, cars aren't nice. my driver was smoking weed right when i got it then he put his pipe back in his pocket. guess he didn't see me getting in. it's not a professional service and that's an understatement. many of the cars are older vehicles so the drivers have to look at their GPS in their phone in their hand so they're not looking at the road. i wouldn't be surprised if their cars didn't have to pass any safety tests. only reason i chose it is because uber in Laf only offers uberX and it's more expensive but it's worth it to not have to deal with these guys

My driver was nice but had no idea where my destination was and didn't have an app to figure it out. I had to guide him. Also, the cab was 1/2 step from being sent to a junkyard; extremely dirty, torn interior, trunk was dirty, etc. plus the ride was SUPER expensive, $18 for 4.5 miles. What a ripoff!!! Don't use this service unless all other cars in Louisiana are gone and you are in mortal danger.
