Not just that, my second visit several weeks later he remembered so much about me. Just refreshing to have that personal shopper feel these days. The store is evolving nicely, 2 visits in 3 weeks and I spotted a lot more new products brought in. What's really great is that this TB Outlet has a selection of the same clothing pieces that other local department stores currently have, but at discounted prices. The jean options they carried ranged from $29-$59..I'm a middle priced person and refuse to pay $60 for one pair of pants, but I know many who will. All the pants were cute and easily found a pair under $30. Shirts were super comfy and I was able to find multiple. We found someone to open dressing rooms for us to try things on. While inside we were asked if we were doing ok, if we needed different sizes etc which was great. We didn't need help because everything we picked was true to size. They had a few sales like buy one get one half off certain shirts. They also sell jewelry, hair items, as well as shoes. I was pleased at checkout to find out they offer a loyalty program if you give them your number and email. You earn points toward extra discounts. They also have a credit card as well. My card declined due to a fraud alert from my bank. While I was on the phone resolving it (which was going to take just a few minutes), a man who claimed to be the manager suddenly stepped in, dismissed the cashier, and began rushing and disrespecting me. I explained that I needed just 5 minutes, but he insisted I leave everything and go. He then told me, "That's not my problem, you should've checked out earlier," despite the fact that the store hadn't even closed yet. When I asked why he was being so rude, he escalated immediately--threatening to call the police, cursing at me, and saying "I am the FUCKING manager"* when I asked to speak to one. When I requested his name, he screamed, "I'm not giving you my FUCKING name."* The aggression was unnecessary, unprovoked, and hostile. I felt extremely unsafe. I am a young woman, and he was invading my personal space, yelling directly in my face, and cursing loudly while the rest of the staff stood by and said nothing. Even after I stepped away, he continued to shout and even flipped me off as I left the store. He also screamed at my younger sister, who had already paid, telling her she wasn't allowed to take her items. No manager should behave like this, and Dollar Tree corporate needs to be aware of the liability this individual poses to both staff and customers. Since he refused to give his name, here is a description: * Male, around 5'6" * Long black hair in a bun * Long unkempt beard * Thin build, scrawny * Black tattoo on left wrist * Wore khakis and a mask, black glasses I've already filed a corporate complaint and will continue to pursue this. What happened was not just poor service--it was aggressive, threatening behavior, and I will not tolerate being treated that way in a place of business. So PLEASE if anyone knows anything about this man that works at the Dollar Tree at Pebble Creek, Goodyear, AZ, PLEASE MESSAGE ME!
