A little far from my home but worth a trip to discover a place that offers beautiful furniture and decor. It is also a nonprofit who helps those in need in the city. This is more of a store you would think to find in North Scottsdale rather than Glendale. Met the owners who were very sweet and helpful. No pressure to buy anything. Didn't need any large pieces at this time but they had beautiful lighting that we purchased.

From the moment we walked in, George was friendly and respectful. After we chose a couch, we had some hesitation about affordability, and that's when William stepped in with thoughtful advice and practical options that truly helped. Since it was Sunday, it initially looked like delivery wouldn't happen until Tuesday but William went above and beyond and made arrangements for same-day delivery. To top it off, George delivered the couch himself. Because of them, my home was ready in time for my family. This was genuinely the best customer service experience. They both made a stressful situation easy and pleasant.

We were so impressed by the offerings and service at the Desert Ridge location and expected the same experience here. Wrong. This store felt picked over. The employees were a mixed bag. One employee helped me get down an item that I couldn't reach, but the clerk who checked me out seemed annoyed to be there dealing with customers. While I understand that retail work can be taxing, the store wasn't particularly busy and I only had a few items. Very disappointing, especially when you're paying a pretty penny for Kirkland's items. I will return to Kirkland's, but unfortunately, not this location.

I noticed there are some really cool, great mid-century modern furniture pieces here, which I love, but not at my price point. Great to admire though. I didn't think I would buy anything, but I found a cute southwest metal wind chime that had a nice patina after years of exposure. It is embossed with "1989, The Metal Man". I hung it out last night and it looked great against a beautiful sunset. It has a gentle chime sound, compared to come other chimes I have it. I love it. Definitely worth taking a stroll into the shop before or after a meal at Valentine. Never know what you'll find.

Items are discounted from a normal Pottery Barn about 40% and then there are additional discounts or specials on some items as well. They have GORGEOUS home decor and other essentials but at a pretty hefty price tag! I actually thought the store would be a tad bigger than it is since the building is so big from the outside. I was able to walk it and get a general sense for what they have in about 5 minutes. They had cute Arcadia totes for $60, candles were around $40, and other various end tables, napkins, table settings, pillows, wood beads, bowls, baskets, etc. A great selection of neutral/timeless pieces. Unfortunately I didn't purchase anything because I couldn't let myself spend that much money for small-ish items but it was fun browsing. If I had all of the money in the world, I would definitely shop here regularly! Their pieces are totally my style. :) The lady working was super friendly and even offered me a water while I was shopping. All in all, a nice addition to the neighborhood.
