I have visited many Ross Dress for Less stores and I wasn't too impressed with this one. I usually enjoy scrolling through every aisle and looking at all the different options there are. I was not impressed with their selection of shoes nor their selection of household items, including decorations and artwork. They had very few holiday decorations (maybe 10 items), however they had some nice furniture that I would not have mind purchasing! The racks were all stocked of each size, which was nice that there were a lot of options for clothing. Typically I am really excited to go into Ross, but today just did not fulfill that excitement. I wish I would've looked at the reviews before coming here. The manager is like 12 yrs old. Shes not old enough to make her own life decisions let alone decide a course of action as simple as returning a pair of shoes with the Tag not attached. Tag there, receipt there. Just not attached. Because when you try shoes on and walk around, the tag came off. And it wasn't store policy, she was using her own judgment. Based off the little life experience she has. Won't be coming here again. Do better Ross, youre bordering walmart territory with how garbage your staff/customer service is. Btw shoes that are dirty AF from people trying them on, still come at full price. This is about my fourth time at this location and it's definitely went downhill from the first visit years ago. Service is quite poor, lines move at a snails pace, shelves a mess and I've left empty handed the last few times. I love Ross typically, but this location is a miss for me every time. read more

Wow. I have never seen such a disheveled Ross. Merchandise was everywhere. Every aisle had items on the floor. This went beyond being understaffed. This had to include customers being so entitled as to actively not pick up merchandise when they knock it to the ground. Prices were on par with other Ross stores in the area. This is the most well organizated Ross I have been to. It is clean and super easy to find things. They have the same deals as any other Ross around. I found a nice light jacket for the upcoming fall for under $20. LOVE IT! read more

When I saw there was a Super Target opening at Cotton Lane and MC-85, I was very excited. I hadn't, however, noticed that a Ross was going in next door. Last week my twins and I went into Ross with the task of finding food bowls for our kitty cats and a fun game or puzzle to play at Grandma and Grandpa's house. I know it's because it's brand new, but this Ross was beautiful. Clean. Well-organized. Get there soon before it turns into the hell-hole where things go to die. We did score two new kitty cat bowls at $1.99 a piece (woo-hoo!) and two great board games that the kids have enjoyed playing. The staff there seemed "with it," and I didn't have to wait too long to check out (which is usually the problem with Ross - check out tends to be a nightmare). I'm glad this new Ross is close by to fulfill my scavenging needs from time to time. read more

I love Ross because, well prices are cheap and there is always something that we like there. I am always dissappointed though when it comes to the kid's clothes, I guess I need to get in early to get the good stuff, but the kids stuff is always picked through and not much left! We did get my daughter about 5 outfits, 2 pairs of shoes, my boyfriend some shorts and a few shirts, and myself some workout clothes all for under $120.00 and that makes me happy! I am a Ross shopper and this is one of the cleanest and most organized by far. Great selection! I am not giving it a 5 because although the store is nice, it's like pulling teeth to get the associates to even say hi. I am at this Ross on a weekly basis, and even when you check out, they don't even acknowledge you're there and greet you. So odd. But if you don't care about customer experience from associates, I recommend this Ross! read more

This is by far the best Ross in Arizona, and I have been to about 15 total. They are always neat, organized, well staffed, and not a disaster. There is never a line wrapping around the store and I have found a great mix of the stuff I love here at a good price. I have bought Nike compression running pants, elite socks, discount athletic shoes, work shoes, work clothes, and so much more all usually on Ross clearance which is better price wise new then buying from Savers or goodwill. How cool is that? This Ross has won many awards and I believe they deserve all of the trophies framed behind the main register. I'd rather drive a bit to shop this Ross, then one of the bad Ross stores on Litchfield road (due to selection and organization) . The staff at Litchfield is great, but that's about it. read more

Very displeased with the customer service here. The line for checkout was not long, in fact no one was behind me, yet the girl at the register April 18th around 1pm insisted on calling for the next customer in line before she was even finished with her current guest. I watched her do this 3 times. Once I came over to her counter she didn't say a word to me and didn't bother looking me in the eyes. Who wants to shop at a place where you don't feel welcomed? On another note, clothes selection is by far the worst of any Ross I've shopped at. I would recommend someone to go out of their way, if need be, to avoid this location. read more

I've been here twice in the last few weeks and both were pleasant experiences. The store is almost "too clean" for a Ross store. Everything is so orderly and new feeling, even if its been around for a little bit. Part of the fun in going to most Ross stores (for me, anyways) is digging through the crap on the shelves to find a good deal. Well, this place has everything lined up and no digging's required. I was almost disappointed, haha. The first of my most recent visits I came in search of new kitchen glasses and found a box of 30 (missing 2!) for only $5.00. Hello, savings!! I again saw the stuffy Loss Prevention lady, but this time, she wasn't hassling anyone (other than to tell them they couldn't take the cart outside until after she'd seen them load their bags & head for hte door). She even smiled at me this time! What a turnaround! My second visit lately, she wasn't there.The store was just as clean, but unfortunately we didn't find what we came for. Instead, we found something better! Well, my boyfriend found something for his mom ("something" having made it on to the list of "What to get Mom for Mother's Day" so I guess he actually succeeded). I found a make up kit on sale for $4.49 and can't wait to use it. We had a friendly cashier who may have been the same one from my other recent visit. read more

Store had minimal product to chose from. Bought a small shelving unit. Cashier told me I couldn't take the cart out of the store. I had an 18 mo and and 3 yo with me and that piece of furniture. My car was in the middle of the lot. Big problem if I try to keep my kids safe and carry my stuff out. Thanks for the hospitality. read more

This Ross is fairly new and is not nearly as crowded as most Ross stores, so you don't have to wait 10 years in line to check out. The store is clean and the staff have always been very friendly. The only issue is that they are not as well stocked with merchandise as most other stores, but I am sure that will change over time. read more

I really like coming to this Ross versus the other Ross stores around. Everything is organized and clean. The only complaint is I wish it had a bigger jewelry display like the other stores. Every other store I have been too have huge cases of jewelry but this place is tiny. Oh well! Still love how clean and not cramped it is! read more

Just stopped in for some shirts. I found exactly what I needed at a great price. Only problem one checkout. A long line of ladies that looked like animals going to slaughter. Two I guess supervisors standing there joking with each other directing the line. Put my shirts back and went to Target next door. My time is worth something. read more
