This review is long overdue. I have been a patient of Negin's for about two years now. I discovered Negin using my health insurance provider's portal, once I saw her reviews in Yelp and learned she was also a licensed dietitian, I knew she was the right acupuncture person for me. For a long time I had been interested in trying both, so I called her and booked my appointment. I had never done acupuncture before, and I arrived at her office with an open mind but also a little nervous. Her calm and friendly personality put me at ease. Her office has several private rooms, they are cozy, clean and relaxing music plays in the background. I took a single session for my back pain and wrist pain to go away!! I am not exaggerating. I also consulted with her about diet. She took a lot of time to learn about my lifestyle and put together a diet and exercise plan for me. With her help, I lost weight and for the first time in my life I now have an ideal Body Max Index. I see her regularly for both acupuncture and nutrition. She has used her acupuncture knowledge to treat all kinds of things for me, not just pain, but anxiety too. As we all know, Covid has changed our world so much. Because of gyms being closed and the added stress, I stopped working out, and started eating fast foods. I gained weight and also my blood pressure went up. As soon as I could, I returned to see her for treatments. We do in-person acupuncture and nutrition appointments via video call. Negin's electric acupuncture treatment sessions are truly divine. An unbearable pain that I had for a while almost instantly started fading after the first ever acupuncture treatment in my entire life. I suffered from an intolerable acute pain for about 2 weeks in my shoulder and neck. It was unclear how it all started and persisted. The pain got worse to the point my sleep was compromised. Negin is the most caring and helpful Nutritionist I have met. She treats every patient with the utmost respect and care.
