They use reloadable cards (cash or debit/credit), there's WiFi, clean bathrooms, and lots of food spots nearby (plus an ice cream shop for when laundry day needs a little reward ). They also do drop-off laundry and have early bird specials most mornings. Easy, stress-free experience. I'd come back and would definitely recommend.

They are not too expensive and they have more selection of smaller load washers compared to other locations. They had washers even bigger than what we needed, and I saw a large rug was being washed in one of those. The wash and dry was pretty quick, about an hour total. Their machines did the job well and it was quite affordable. The employees are very nice, kind, and helpful. I came on a weekday afternoon and didn't need to really wait, thankfully one opened up for use. I did notice all the machines were in use, so it's possible you may have to wait if you need the bigger washer. Plenty of smaller ones though. I generally don't feel all that comfortable going to unfamiliar/new places but the folks there eased my nerves. I'd go back. Thank you very much for the assistance. One thing to note is that in the meantime, you might want to bring coins in case the card readers aren't working, but I heard their payment system will be updated soon.

Unfortunately, their public restroom scarred me for life as it was disgustingly smelly. And I paid a quarter just to unlock and use the restroom. Warning though - very low water pressure in the sink, barely any soap, and that door lock doesn't lock properly once inside. A man walked-in while I was using the restroom.

I will say though, the older attendant who manages the store at night is much more hospitable than the younger gentleman. I understand there is a last call, but locking customers inside while locking incoming customers outside and not communicating what your intentions are; makes the situation awkward for everyone. I understand people want to get home at the end of their shift in a timely manner, but there is a better way to engage with the customers.
