This review is based on our first experience with this establishment. We needed to wash a king size comforter. They had washers even bigger than what we needed, and I saw a large rug was being washed in one of those. The wash and dry was pretty quick, about an hour total. Their machines did the job well and it was quite affordable. The employees are very nice, kind, and helpful. I came on a weekday afternoon and didn't need to really wait, thankfully one opened up for use. I did notice all the machines were in use, so it's possible you may have to wait if you need the bigger washer. Plenty of smaller ones though. I generally don't feel all that comfortable going to unfamiliar/new places but the folks there eased my nerves. I'd go back. Thank you very much for the assistance. One thing to note is that in the meantime, you might want to bring coins in case the card readers aren't working, but I heard their payment system will be updated soon. read more

They need to bring back the other girl that spoke English and was super friendly and helpful. She would get everything so clean and smell so good. Today I had my comforter done again with the short Hispanic not so friendly lady that brings her kid and husband. Got home and my comforter is still pretty wet, dirty & doesn't smell like laundry soap ! I'm glad I checked before storing for the summer otherwise it would have gotten moldy ! read more

Came on a weekend. It was super packed with people. I was hoping to use the largest washer. There were two but one was out of order. The other one was being used. The place felt pretty cramped and not well maintained/clean. I ended leaving and going to Quickie Wash in Pomona. They were not busy and a lot of the washers were free. It was our first time using a laundromat. My daughter's king size blanket was too big to fit in our washer so we dropped by Suds and Bubbles. We didn't expect to see so many washers and dryers in one space. We weren't sure which washer to use and checked out the largest one. A gentleman there asked if we needed help. We explained our situation and he showed us what was available and the size of the washer we might need. There was a washer available in 3 minutes but will only take coins and we asked for one using credit card since we didn't have any coins on us but we will have to wait a little longer. He said not to worry about it since he has a special card he can use. That was so nice of him. We had a great experience there. The people were so helpful. Surprisingly the interior wasn't hot but had limited space to sit so we were lucky to have found a seat outdoor while we waited. Both washing and drying took a little less than an hour. I use the pick up and delivery service for my laundry. I get a text reminder when they are going to pick up, when my laundry has been done, and one when it is being delivered. I live in an apartment complex and just can't deal with the laundry room. This has been the greatest thing I could have ever done. Well I'm a long customer been going for over 11 years. How to incident with one of the workers she was a short non English speaking worker I don't know her name. She was very rude I washed my clothes and at 9:45 I put my clothes in the dryer last wash is 9:30 has been for a long time so I asked her because I noticed that she had the place cleaned up with help from her husband and son this was on a Saturday night. I asked her if it was okay with her I'm going to go to the store I will be back to get my clothes I put them in the dryer and it will be done at 10:15 30 minutes after I put it in the dryer at exactly 9:45 she said in Spanish well hurry because I want to leave already we close at 10:00 and I said I understand that I said but I just put my clothes in the dryer and 9:45 they'll be done at 10:15 so I decided not to go to the store and set by the window. While she was mopping I got out of the way went to get my clothes out of the dryer at 10:15 exactly and noticed she was being rude walking by me back and forth with a mop and told me hurry up because I have to walk and I said excuse me that's not how you speak to people it was an older gentleman on the other side of the dryer still drying and folding his clothes as well and I told her that's the how you speak to people so we had a little conflict. The next day I went to the laundromat to speak to the owner he wasn't in I spoke to him on the phone his name is Alfredo I had said can you have access to your cameras so you can see how rude the lady was towards me he said I already heard the story I don't play that customer against employee he's for his employees however she was so rude that rudeness rubbed on him because he was very dismissive laughed at me I said it looked like I wanted to fight the lady when all I was doing was complaining on how his worker treats his the customers. It has been my favorite place to go wash my clothes up until that day. Because of the owners dismissive comments laughing at me and just plain didn't care how the employees treat their customers I will never go there again. Very sad to me because he has seen my kids they're with me since they were little they're now teenagers the first time you seen my kids they were one four and five they are now 11 13 and 14. However I would like to add Heather on the other hand is very nice she goes above and beyond for his customers she has pulled money out of her pocket to help somebody with extra dollar if they didn't have it she's kind to everybody I've never seen her be rude not once that is what makes me sad I'm not going there anymore I see my friend Heather and also Yvonne she's very nice lady she's there in the mornings. But just the plane favoritism of those two ladies that he has higher there have not been there very long and so rude that they are their sisters short Mexican ladies ruin that place for me. But mainly the manager or owner Alfredo which I thought was the nicest guy and fair but he is not he carries a lot of favoritism and doesn't value the employees that make his business successful. read more

I found this place when I needed to do a quick load of laundry. I was a bit confused at first, since there were so many machines to use, but a woman there helped me out. I've never really been to a laundry mat, but I felt they were priced pretty reasonably...from the smaller washers being $2.75ish medium being $4.50ish, to the larger ones being $5.75ish, and the regular dryers being .25 for 6 minutes. Don't quote me on those prices, but they're somewhere in that ballpark. They've got some smaller washers and a larger dryer, but I'm not sure of their prices. I've gone to this spot on the weekday and during the weekends and I've never had an issue finding an open machine. Same thing with the dryers. I like that they take card, but they also have a quarter machine if you need change. A few times when I've come to wash, the owners have been there and asked if I need anything, which is always nice. Overall, I like this spot enough to visit every two weeks. read more

Oh my God heck, no! Please do not come to this laundromat. The pictures are misleading. It's so dirty in there. The washing machines smell really bad and every machine has a limit of how far you can fill it which doesn't make sense because you're paying for a big machine for a reason, it's just really disgusting really dirty. I thought it would be nice. The reviews are lying! and honestly, this is the last time I wash here it's so disgusting. Upon walking into Suds and bubbles for the very first time (I might add) my husband and I were approached by a woman who rushed us at the entrance and told us that we would not be able to wash because the establishment was closing at 10 pm. It was only 8:50. We went ahead and advised her that yelp and google both stated Suds and bubbles closes at 11pm. She then stated we wouldn't have enough time to dry and fold. It just seemed as though she was in a rush to leave her job quickly. Poor. Customer service. And the cleanliness was not up to par. Worst experience ever, never coming back to this place. The lady working there in the afternoons is extremely rude. I was planning to wash there but noticed the lady watching over me getting quarters, when heading back to the car to grab my clothes she got near my window "apparently so I won't drive off" and when I opened my window to ask her what's happening she said very rudely that I wasn't able to take the quarters. Another tall man came out from the other side and demanded the quarters back and threw back the cash in my car. Drove off and took my business somewhere else. There were sooooo many machines not working and not marked that they were broken. We wasted a lot of our soap. I'm counting 3 of the big machines so there's that. The aisles are super narrow, it's hard to get through.
