We have a mortgage with Enterprise Bank & Trust and they are the worst. We have been with them for…read moreover 12 years and ever since they took over Eagle Bank we have had issues. For years we have paid the escrow shortage in full to keep our monthly payment lower and they can't figure out that our principal & interest, taxes and insurance (divided by 12 ) should equal $$$. We have always had to argue with them. It is simple math folks. Even when we take our shortage payments to the bank, the tellers look at us with a "deer in the headlights" look as they try to figure out how to apply it, and it usually isn't correct. This year we escalated it to a higher up, but he pushed it back to the escrow department and told us to pay the higher amount until they can figure it out. REALLY!!!! I recently sent an email to Jim Lally (CEO) and Scott Goodman (Sr. Exec. VP). Not sure if they will get back to me or just brush me off. I might reach out to Keene Turner (CFO) and/or Douglas Bauche (CCO) too. Now the regular banking side might be a different story, but I'm not about to put money in this bank to find out.

Parking is open and right in front of the bank. The have an ATM built in for after-hours transactions. Last time I was in, the teller was 'bank facing' the bills she was counting out to me and I lamented the fact that this isn't done anywhere anymore it seems, even tellers spit out the money all william nilliam. Makes me crazy! She tells me their ATM should deliver bills the correct way, I will have to pay attention next time I use it.

They will bend over backwards to help you out if you need it. They have internet banking and over the phone banking, just like the big banks. The banks are all clean and well stocked with working pens (something I never find at my other bank, Bank of America), and I have never had big issues. BIG PLUS - the ATM gives out cash in $5 increments. I love this. Minus one star because, well, they don't have ATMs everywhere. That is sort of a bummer.

Despite my requests to stop merchant services, I've been charged for multiple months after my requested stop. Mandeep, the merchant services liaison, continually assures me week after week that the bonus will be deposited in a few days I'll receive refunds for the incorrect charges, and months later he still has done nothing. I've visited the bank in person several times and spoken with three different managers, including regional branch manager Amro Alshamari, who also keeps promising resolution but without any follow-through. At the very least these two are liars. Additionally, the app sucks. I can't transfer funds between personal and business accounts, and while a manager said it was a temporary issue, it also remains unresolved. The monthly service charges are unreasonable, especially when compared to other banks. I've found better options with American Express, which offers a free business checking account that pays interest and provides an account opening bonus without hassle unlike Regions. I strongly advise against working with Regions Bank. This place is a scam.

I opened with $2k and left it for over a year. I came back last month to withdraw it and my account had been closed because of inactivity. I waited for almost an hour for them to straighten this out. After it was resolved, I said keep it Closed. The Teller stayed, just leave $5 and make a $1 deposit monthly and that will keep it open. I get a notice on the mail how my account was overdrawn because I was charged a fee. I was never charged a fee and didn't agree to a checking account! I go into the bank and they tell me it's nothing they can do and I need to pay the overdraft. I wouldn't think twice about using this bank, even if it were the last bank on the planet. I would stuff my cash under my mattress before using them. It's the principle at this point!

Everyone is so kind, patient and makes sure I am not needing help with any other transactions before I leave. It typically takes them longer for my deposits because it's not my bank. They still are patient! They also do events and they are loads of fun. The last one I attended had bounce houses, face painting and a balloon artist! If you're not banking with them, their service alone is phenomenal I can't imagine how much nicer you'd be treated actually banking with them!

There's a rep at a kiosk as soon as you come in the door ready to assist you with getting signed in to speak with the financial services representatives. There are only 3 bank tellers but the lines move quickly. There are two walk-up atms outside. The parking lot is small and easily gets congested. This is a smaller branch so seating inside is limited. I would suggest only brining people in that need to be present.

She usually is helped by a lovely young (maybe Hispanic?) woman, but everyone she's come into contact with has been patient and helpful. I usually only see three workers at most here. The place is usually very quiet with very little foot traffic. This site closes a little early for me, at 4 pm, and it is not open on Saturdays.
