She takes her time, listens to you, calls after hours if she needs to follow up on something, overall demonstrates her care and concern. She's also good at listening to what you want to do, what treatment options you feel comfortable with. I don't know if everyone had the same experience but she's been great for myself and my family.

I've been coming to this clinic for most of my medical needs for about a year now. There are two…read moreseparate offices, one for the actual medical clinic and the other for behavioral health/counceling. I am a patient of both and I can honestly say the entire staff are wonderful, easy to deal with and actually care about you and the services they provide. My behavioral health counselor Sarah is wonderful and so easy to talk to. She's one of those people you feel comfortable with right of the bat . You don't feel like you're in a therapy session, you feel like you're sitting and talking with a friend. The medical clinic is pretty much the same way, my only complaint there is some days they are extremely slowwwww! I'm not sure why that is but, it looks to me like on those days they have over booked patients. Most days I'm in my appointments on time and there are no issues but, I have had a few occasions where I've been here well over 2 hours. Which if you have a life and things to do can be very frustrating! Otherwise, this is a wonderful clinic and atmosphere. You aren't just a number here, the staff really do care about you!

No you're among friends no judgement here let us help you. So I gave my private story while at krogers.so after I told my private matters I was told..nope we can't help you. So telling the complete office of Herbert long did nothing except give them something to laugh at. Herbert long could not prescribe the meds I needed. Should've went no further. But it's supper time so I'm sure the office workers family's are having a good laugh at my expenses. Im no longer a patient and my daughter will be leaving soon

KIM HOWEVER, has caused me, my mother and sister to all want to change doctors. My sister is a minor and talked to her like she was incompetent and put her option into her life. She has some nerve to say what she said. She's a doctor. She shouldn't be judging people the way she does. There's more to the story and I won't put her on blast on here. In stead I laid in my bed getting worse for 5 days. What started out as drainage and having a little trouble breathing due to congestion turned into much worse! Thanks Baptist health for nothing.
