I am so happy they did because I felt like just a number at the big clinic and this place has more of a personal feel. I'm from a small town and this is more of what I was accustomed to there. Dr Irwin has a great sense of humor and it helps keep the visits light. He spends the needed amount of time with you to understand your concerns and doesn't just shove pills at you and send you on your way. The reception staff are nice and friendly and make you feel welcome.

However, I stopped in and the representative was very apologetic. It was a very snowy day and the professional that would administer my IV Therapy would be in later. The IV Treatment took approximately an hour to complete. While receiving the treatment, I watched videos on my phone and relaxed. The representatives were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office was also nicely decorated. I felt very hydrated that day and used the restroom a lot. However, I did feel more energized and had overcome a few symptoms from a recent illness. She takes her time, listens to you, calls after hours if she needs to follow up on something, overall demonstrates her care and concern. He was very professional and after my x-rays were read he made some recommendations and I was scheduled to come back to begin treatment. He explained that after my first few treatments I would probably be sore but that shouldn't last more than a month. He was right! For the first month I actually dreaded my appointments (3X a wk ugh!) but before long I was looking forward to the relief of chiropractic care. Since my first few appointments I've also seen Dr Husier (not sure if her name is spelled correctly). She is a little more gentle (maybe) than Dr Tacket, and although my daughter is convinced that only Dr Tacket helps her...I (being the mom and knowing more) am fully convinced that although the Drs have different techniques, they are both very good at what they do and the end result is the same! The office staff are all super friendly, there has never been one person here that has been the least bit rude or uncaring!!! This is a great place for the whole family! My husband's insurance covered 20 chiropractic appointments per year and he was told when those appointments were finished. So, he waited to make a new one. At no point was any piece of mail or phone call received from these people. Ater waiting and procrastinating, my husband called to make an appointment in Berea for himself and my daughter (McKee is shut down). It's a 30 minute drive and they arrived to a very nasty woman telling them they owed for a year's worth of service and would not be receiving treatment unless they paid $300. My husband should not have had a balance and my daughter had never been told about a copay. The fact that none of this could have been discussed via mail or phone in the year prior is ridiculous. We have no problem paying for service, but were never told what was owed. To be treated so poorly for their mistake was infuriating. We will not be back and i would not recommend these people to anyone while that awful woman, Michelle, is in that office.
