It is not the building on the corner but right next to it. Parking is plentiful in the college lot "kitty Korner" across from the complex. Also, it is habitually cold, especially in the front rows. They have little blankets to loan you but it is best to bring a jacket. When we were there it was 100 degrees outside and probably high 50's where we were sitting.

It was easy to see and hear, and the seats were comfortable, though a bit old and drab (despite the glorious magenta color). The seats in the main part of the theater looked narrow and uncomfortable, so we were glad we were not there. The offerings at this theater are good. As I said, they were doing a revival of "Big River," an adaptation of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain (Samuel Clemens). It was well performed with talented actors and singers. The gift shop is cute but not well-managed (or friendly). The price for the tickets are a bit high, but not outside of range. Would return.

Gorgeous little black box studio theater used for the annual Utah Shakespeare Festival held in…read moreCedar City, Utah. They were playing "Othello" recently, which was nearly perfect, with great acting chops by Iago (played by the Artistic Director of the Festival) and Othello. The seats are arranged around on 3/4, with intimate distance to the action. The rest of the theater is clean, new, bright, and everything is organized and the staff is friendly. Prices are fair for this quality of art. Would go more if I lived nearby.
