Was expecting some residual damage but i was left with over an over excessive amt: they left several cracks in my patio. I asked them to re-cement the cracks, not done yet. They dug out 13 shrubs from around my yard. did not replant any correctly and all died. did not return the basketball goal to it's safe location after being asked several times to do so. the wind blew the heavy goal on the fence and damaged the back of my fence. These are the 3 majors ones I am upset about. They damaged the soaker hose, destroyed several solar lights and lost 2 extended gutters in the process, but these were minor. Could have been avoided or minimized. But, I was livid after the basketball goal damage my fence and was quoted $3500 to fix the darn the thing so I disputed the credit card payment to Texpro and now they threaten a lien on my home.

It's a warranty lift so that may be why they don't care to come to do it. Either way, find someone else. The only reason I'm going through them is because I paid the $125 to have the warranty transferred to my name after I bought the house in 2019. So far it's been a waste of money and my time now that I've sat at home for two days with a no show.
