We came here to look for Louboutin heels for my wife. They had a very good selection. Julie was the lady that assisted us today, she was so sweet and helpful, and very patient. My wife got the heels she wanted and she was happy. They even had a clearance section that had Louboutin heels, flats, and day shoes on the rack, I was surprised. Kindel was FABULOUS and so thoughtful in her process of setting up my wish kids shopping spree! The added touches were so sweet and really made the first stop on her spree difficult to beat! We got Neiman Marcus cookies (YUM!) and drinks while we waited for her to shop as well! I am shocked by all of the employees kindhearted and helpful nature in this store!! after an absolutely horrifying week, I decided to treat myself to an early birthday present and some personal items. I had a horrendous experience at the Dallas Neiman Marcus location, so I was really skeptical when I walked in to this location. One staff member, Jessica, made me feel so welcome and was immediately friendly to me. I don't dress like the typical Neiman shopper, but I was absolutely just looking to treat myself and give myself a little pick up. After finding a person online that I have been eyeing for at least three months now, I finally made the decision that I would just buy it for myself. I saw online that there was one in shop and it wasn't actually available, Jessica did everything in her power to try and find it for me. I ended up ordering it to be delivered home, sorry for my husband because I was trying to sneak it in, although it is my money, so who cares.I also ended up getting an extra perfume and some lotion that I absolutely love. This trip completely made up for my previous experience and I would gladly come back anytime. read more

We always come back for the amazing service, cleanliness, and food. Must try the broth, truffle fries, burgers, salads, soups, pretty much everything! Only downside is they are only open for lunch and closed on Sundays, however they are so good they can get away with it without loosing any stars. Will be back! read more

If you want to be treated like trash, walk in to this store with causal clothes and a baby in tow. Sales associates hovered over us in every area of the store, but not offering assistance to find shoe sizes or get a closer look at purses from a case. Lucky for the next store with a nice associate, I burned thousands of dollars there... but none for a store with no customer service. read more

When I am Dallas I shop to particular stores North Park and Downtown and didnt think Fort Worth had much to offer , I was sure wrong, this store is beautiful and fragrance department was borderline artistic genius. Shopping experience was excellent. They are taking COVID-19 procedures very seriously. Coronado was our salesman, he treated us like celebrities and was able to get our orders very quick. He was very professional and proactive. He would update us with our order in iMessage and if we have questions, he would respond at anytime (day or night). Although, I kind of felt like the staff here are a little judgy to customers base on their appearance. We had a little rough experience when we booked an appointment for entering the mall because of the COVID and the blonde girl made us wait to enter the exact time of our appointment, made us wait for that saleslady who was eating lunch at 4:00?? while people who didn't get to book an appointment get to enter without any issue and people who booked appointments similar to my time let them in first the fact that we got in the premises first, my appointment was 4:30 at that time, we arrived at 4:10 and the other people arrived at 4:25. That saleslady who was eating lunch didn't even respond to the bookers call for help til they got us Coronado 30 minutes later. Made us stand in the corner like clowns but at least they still gave me the best salesmen rather than that girl who was eating lunch. Overall, the store has alot of expensive luxury items that some are good and some are not worthy, the sales items that they selected is ugly but our salesmen was able to find us a lists of more sales online and was able to purchase right away. read more

Benji was our waiter for lunch this afternoon and the customer service and the drinks were 10/10. We really had such a pleasant time, the atmosphere is wonderful, perfect for a little girls lunch before shopping. This is always our favorite stop. I had an appointment booked for makeup through The Brand Experience. It was for my birthday- set up with Chardonnay as part of the day. When I arrived, I also had shoes to return that were a gift. The shoe department told me "those are only on line and you can go on line to return them". They offered no other solutions - I suggested a return to a gift card, which failed because I didn't have a receipt because they were a GIFT. Then, my reservation for make up was lost. When I offered to show the email confirming g my appointment the manager didn't even look at it. No apologies. All they had to do was say "let's figure this out" but it was more like "have a seat". Finally someone was able to do my makeup and she was rude the entire time- until I bought a bunch of product. It was an awful experience and I will not go back. read more

Loved my appointment with Melissa Funk at NM Ft Worth before another employee named Max came rushing up...I truly thought something was terribly wrong! She said something like "you cannot drink water in here ..." I replied, I am not...but just holding it! Melissa gave us water in the dressing room as it was warm and cramped and I was only holding it. I was wanting to take the remaining water with me on my drive back to Abilene. It's over 102 degrees outside!!! I have not been treated with such disrespect in quite some time. I steer away from unfriendly designer stores because of typically rude employees. I was wearing a dress & a mask as was my adult daughter who lives and shops here, regularly. Truly interrupted a very nice day. Again, Melissa was helpful and gracious as always. Please correct this behavior. Not the Texas store we know and love. If I owned this store, I'd want to know, that's all. read more
