While browsing, I found several things I was interested in, but I'm a smart shopper and prefer to purchase items when they're more reasonably priced. I was told that their major sales typically take place toward the end of the year, so I'll definitely keep that in mind. Since I'm only about 10 minutes away from the store, I have no problem returning to purchase the items I was interested in or discovering something new. During my visit, I had the pleasure of speaking with Chris, Neil, and Emma. Everyone was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I never noticed it before but I realized that they do offer more fun designs. There were fun summer crab and watermelon theme bags, cute butterfly designs, and even a lady bug shaped clutch. We went in to look at several bags today and he showed us everything they had in stock, even some exotics that he thought we might like as well, like Ostrich and Alligator. If any bag or other item purchased has an issue, you bring it in, they send it out and have it fixed or cleaned. It's not a one and done sale, it's a lifetime investment, as these bags hold their value as well. We did walk out with a bag today, the Diana Mini in white. It's beautifully made, very well crafted, it's of exceptional quality. A little added touch is the packaging. They don't just toss it in a bag and you walk out, it' gets placed in the dust cover, placed in a box with cushioning, wrapped like a present with ribbon, and placed in a very sturdy, thick bag to carry in.
