The stock and selection for general work is excellent and the staff are all helpful if you ask for them *BUT* do not come here unless you know what you need. I thought this would be a nice local business to support at first, but every time I've visited to browse the shelves the staff stalked me around as if I were a known shoplifter and generally made me feel unwelcome (which honestly is fair considering how shady people in Duncan can be, but that didn't make my experiences any more comfortable. Just get a camera system!) I've honestly never felt more unwelcome in any other store I've been to which I have to say is pretty novel. Do you need help? The staff will be sure to ask you this every 5 minutes while they're *definitely* not side-eyeing you from the other aisle./s I guess I overstayed what little welcome I had the last time I visited because one of them straight up told me to leave while I was comparing prices of a Stanley mug on my phone. TL;DR: People like to hand out one star reviews like candy but I honestly think here you will find the closest thing to real one star service in Duncan. It is pretty damning when you're not allowed to be left alone to browse. Just read the other reviews, most of them will say the same things I'm saying.

I don't need to drive 30 mins. into Duncan, I can buy it locally. 2) The staff has always been both very helpful and friendly too. This store has two things that are very rare these days, Great service and smiling faces. 3) If I can't find what I'm looking for, they will work hard to find it for me or bring it in. Having a disabled spouse, I can not begin to express how grateful I am for having this store in town, and not having to drive out for all our household needs, both interior and exterior. I can't attest to any claims of equipment servicing as I'm only at the enquire stage but I was suitably impressed with the helpfulness if staff, their product knowledge, for showing no hesitancy recommending other suppliers for comparison or if they didn't carry a product, and I was even offered free inspection of current equipment either in store or at home. Prices seemed normal and I must say their was a calm and professionalism evident every moment I was in the store or calling for information. Defiantly an asset to our local community and those with mobility challenges.

I would recommend coming here to check what they have before going to a main chain store. Only thing is that I wish they had more things my size (gloves in size S) but other than that it's a great place with friendly staff and awesome products.

Some are cheaper than the big orange box store. Sometimes not but there is usually overall a good selection of tools for a very good price. Their boxes of nitrile work gloves tend to be cheaper here than most places. It's definitely worth coming to check it out if you're in the market for tools, work gear and paint. Service is also friendly and can direct you to where things are unlike the big red box store.
