We paid the company $2000.00 on Oct 4th for services. The morning of the wedding, the company canceled services and promised a refund in full for the major inconvenience caused. On top of canceling, we were not even given a phone call. The company sent an email which is something people don't routinely check the day of a wedding. A verbal notice or in person notice would of even softened the blow but that luxury was not afforded, not that it would of made in any better but would of been the more stand up thing to do. We ended up going to Sam's Club and spending over $500.00 dollars to throw together dinner for a huge wedding party due to the unfulfillment of services paid for in full months prior. After being told we would get a refund through multiple communication outlets including email, FB messages, phone calls and voicemails, the company altogether quit responding and we have not been able to get ahold of them since. The numbers do not accept calls. We have taken screen shots, downloaded bank statements and downloaded email exchanges and messages exchanges for future legal action. We also filed a dispute through our bank who will help us with the dispute/investigation. This has been a very unprofessional and unreliable experience causing much frustration and disappointment, especially after spending $2000.00 for just wedding catering. I understand not everything goes perfect during weddings or the planning of one, but catering services and food and drink are a very important part of a celebration of two people joining hands in life forever and is usually a once in a lifetime day and one of the most memorable moments in life. This was definitely something negative to remember forever. We will not be recommending catering services from this provider to anyone who brings their name up or needs services in the Wichita area. I'm not sure what the deal is because I have seen positive and negative reviews for the catering services. I have not seen this kind of inconsistency before in business practices.
