The products he uses have been effective for my carpenter ant and hornet issues. We had a very wet spring, which may have impacted the ant treatment. He came back out to re-apply at no charge to me, and said that the product was under warranty. Then, on top of all of this, he's very transparent about the services. What they will do, what they won't do, and is honest about recommendations that make sense for the consumer, rather than attempting to tack on unnecessary services.
