So, you typically won't need to wait more than a week unless you are waiting on parts. Brandon is excellent. I had a failing refrigerator... and what's worse than warm beer? (Warm raw chicken, probably!) I called Brandon, he did some questions over the phone and then was out the next day to fix the 'fridge. We live in northern NH and our 25 yr. old Kenmore appliances needed LOTS of help. Fridge not cooling and dryer screeching; new stove flame not adjusted properly. The usual repair person retired and two other companies would not work on Kenmore or come to our town. Luckily, I found NE Appliance online. The follow up calls with Brandon were excellent, timely and polite. He came when he said he would and totally fixed and improved my dryer and defrosted the glacier that had settled into the guts of the freezer. It took a few hours but now it's working PERFECTLY.
