Rather than addressing the reason for the appointment, my concerns were dismissed and I was encouraged to repeat the same cleaning that had already been unsuccessful. The appointment then shifted to unsolicited comments about my children's behavior and my parenting, which were inappropriate and entirely unrelated to the service being provided. At that point, I ended the appointment because I no longer felt comfortable having them in my home. Professional service starts with listening to the customer, respecting boundaries, and focusing on the job at hand. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Would not recommend.
