I've ordered delivery from here as well as ordering in person numerous times. Honestly, the food/drink itself is good and quality. They make it fresh. They put it in a cooler if you order it ahead to keep it from melting before you pick up. They wear gloves and everything behind the counter looks clean and disinfected -perfect for what a food prep area should be! However, the bathroom was disgusting the one time I used it! So messy and it stunk. And twice I sat while I waited for my drink to be made and the tables were sticky and not wiped off in between customers. Also, rarely if ever do I feel like the staff is genuinely friendly or nice. I don't know why but they always seem unfriendly. This has been over a year I think management should bring this up and encourage and train ways to improve their staff in customer service. Just my two cents! I went in there this afternoon got a protein power bowl, and in a normal protein powder bowl there's bananas. So when I ordered, I said hey please remove all the bananas. Just replace it with strawberries because I am allergic to bananas. When we got the bowl and I sat in the car. I took one bite and I felt like it tasted bananas, so I went back inside and said "Hey can you guys confirm that there's no bananas in this, because I'm allergic to bananas and I felt like I just tasted it! And the lady at the register the gal said three times to me she's 100% confident there's no bananas...! So she was wrong and I had a whole night of an allergic reaction because someone who's not so thorough would sit in front of me and tell me with full confidence knowing they did not do a thing they said they did.. Dropped in for a fruity drink and we were not disappointed. First time in a Nekter Juice Bar and it is similar to the other juice bars we've been to. I was torn between the strawberry-banana and the mango smoothies and the young lady at the counter offered her opinion, saying the strawberry-banana had more fruit taste overall, so I went with that one! Wife had the tropical cooler, made with coconut water. Both drinks were refreshing and cool and just perfect. We laughed with the staff because when we came in, we were the only ones but within minutes there was a line almost out the door...we brought them all with us, LOL! All of the staff were friendly and joyful and everything is made when you order. Clean shop and great experience! It is a bit pricey, the cost for two regular smoothies was $26! Terrible customer service. Lack of responsibility and respect for customers or their orders. I would have loved to come in more often because I love the food here but I can make the same at home and all I miss out on is the convenience. Its a sad position for businesses since Covid with young people in the stores making too much money for the output of work they give and customers they lose.for these places long term. As a customer overall...My time to drive there, my energy to go in and the money that I spend is the reason why this place exists. If you want a better experience, go to the Gilbert Road and Ocotillo location. I've never had a problem there and I've visited multiple times in a week before. Nekter is absolutely delicious!! Since this location has opened, I have been in three times because the product is delectable, the store is tastefully designed and always clean, and the customer service is great! I still want to try the açaí bowls, but the smoothies and skoops are addicting! On opening day, the smoothies and juices were only $1 and one of the employees recommended I try the Pink Flamingo smoothie. It was super tasty, not too sweet and not too tart! Not only are the smoothies delicious, but the skoops are addicting. It tastes just like ice cream, but it's healthier! I have only tried the Monster cookie dough and Peanut butter swirl, but they are amazing! In addition, the employees are always very friendly, always have a smile on their face, and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend! read more

Stay clear of this place! Terrible customer service! I took my girlfriend to get an açaí mango bowl and when placing our order, we asked for a strawberry substitute since my girlfriend is allergic to strawberries. They listed the fruits we could substitute and we did blueberries. After getting back in our car, we looked at the receipt and saw they charged us for the blueberries instead of honoring the substitution. My girlfriend went back inside to ask why they charged us when it was a substitute and they said it was probably a mistake and they would refund the money to us, but needed the credit card. My girlfriend went back to the car to get the credit card and when she went back inside the store, they said they actually CANT refund the money and they only do same fruit substitutions for free and since blueberries weren't part of the original order and they already gave me the blueberries, there's nothing they could do about that. Instead, they can give me the fruit for the strawberry substitution and my options were pineapple or banana. Here's my $1 worth of pineapple. You've got to be kidding me??? You can get an entire pineapple for $0.97 and bananas for $0.55 a pound! This place is a complete joke and it's apparent that 1) they don't know what they are doing and 2) do not care about customer service. I'm appalled management would run this store with the staff they have. Honestly, the açaí bowl was also so bare bones and small. I'll never come again. read more

Ordered 2 mango delight smoothies on the app this morning.. my daughter brought them out to the car. They looked the wrong color (kind of a buttercream) so tasted both and it was mostly cashew milk with maybe ? 1 tiny chunk of mango/pineapple. Kind of like fruit essence cashew milk. Took them back inside and had to wait a moment for somebody to come out from the back. No greeting whatsoever. So I broke the awkward silence by explaining that these smoothies were a weird flavor and then during a slightly uncomfortable silence, the employee just stared at me while I was holding the cups. So I asked if they could please be remade and offered to throw away the smoothie cups. But the employee said she would throw them out and took the smoothies from me and then I stared in disbelief as she placed them in an area where a newly made juice was waiting to be picked up. Was she planning to taste it later?? Why not throw them away right away?! She went to remake my smoothies and when she brought the blender over to show me the contents I pointed out to her that it was definitely against health code to put the already tasted smoothies on the counter and suggested she throw them away. She looked annoyed and said "I'm busy." During this time, 2 other employees who looked completely disinterested were in the prep area. Neither of them made any effort to help her or even acknowledge my presence in the shop. The remade smoothies were better but I will not return to this location. There was an order I never received so when I called the store the girl I spoke with said they could not do anything without their manager and told me to call them. So she took my information to give to the manager and told me they would call at their earliest convenience, never heard from them. I came in to the Nekter juice bar with my two daughters and wasn't even greeted within a simple hello the cashier just looked at me and I responded and said are you going to say hello and she looked back at her coworker and said, and I quote: "well, she did", and looked back at her. Not an apology, absolutely nothing. I could believe this. My daughters and I walk straight out and I told her that she should be ashamed of herself this is unreal I cannot believe they even are open and have staff like this. It is disgusting. I will drive to scottsdale and spend my money at Juice Core. (And I live 30sec. away from this Chandler location. )Management needs to fix this staff. This is why businesses don't stay open. I used to love Nekter but lately had noticed the quality going way down. So when a new location opened by my house I was very hopeful. I have been noticing the bowls getting smaller and smaller but the hefty price tag remained. Well I got my pathetic bowl (pictured) and asked the gentlemen working the there where the rest of the fruit was? He said I could purchase more, I am 10 bucks in on a bowl and they want more? Ridiculous. I emailed "customer service " which was atrocious. They stated my bow looked just fine to them, half a banana one strawberry and exactly 8 blueberries. After refusing to go to the Gilbert and Ocotillo location for six months because they were so incompetent (melted bowls, late, not done, done wrong etc.) and rude - I finally decided to try a different location today. My daughter who is for really wanted a bowl for her birthday lunch and I decided that I had avoided them long enough... Boy I was wrong. We skipped eating food when we had the opportunity, ordered our bowls via the app... Of course when we get there, they are not made. I can confirm the correct location and it showed the associate my order on the app. I was in a hurry which is why I ordered from the app to begin with and didn't have time to wait for them to make another one so she then had to manually enter in the bowl and refund it to my card. Barely apologized, offered no explanation, offered no insight as to what may have happened or if it happened before. No $5 coupon for the inconvenience. Didn't offer to have her associate make the bowls while she looked further into finding the order after I made it clear I was in a hurry. I officially will NEVER go to Nekter again. read more

I've always loved Nekter's Açaí bowl. I have been waiting for this new location to open and came here the moment I found out. However, I'm disappointed with quality of my order. As you can see in the picture, my cup is not even full. I got Mango Açaí- i was really surprised when i got my order. I got 1 piece of strawberry topping and a little bit of banana. The pineapple they gave me, we're only 5 small pieces (yes I counted it). And then they forgot to put Agave so I had to go back and asked for it. So you know, I was going to give it 3 stars bec maybe bec they're brand new workers and didn't really get proper training? I don't know. But, a family of 4 walked in and the one of the worker immediately said "were closed". This all happened while I'm typing my review, I saw the time on my phone it was 6:56pm and the door says closes at 7pm!!! That really blew my mind- like really? All they've been doing in the back was clean.. as not much people were there. For a new location that just recently opened, you would think you want more business. I'm going to have another visit sometime hoping for a much better service and food quality. For now, I'm giving 1star. read more
