If you are looking for a smoothie that will fuel your body as you strive for fitness, you will find it here. Not only are their post-workout smoothies great for refueling, but they also have imported Italian coffee and healthy supplements to drink while you workout. Atif and his sister really run a class smoothie bar. They also have various healthy fitness foods. They don't load their drinks up with sugar and yet they are really tasty. My favorite is the PBCup Lite. They use a low fat peanut butter powder and almond milk. Chocolate, of course, for me! Ask for the nutrition facts and any advice. They have the knowledge to go with their drinks.

This place is a hidden gem inside LA Fitness and you don't need a membership to make a purchase! The workers are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. This location being right inside the gym makes it super convenient for me to grab pre or post-workout fuel. There are several flavors to choose from depending on what I'm in the mood for and different options to add things like energy or protein depending on what I need. Regina is super helpful and nice, I found out she is a certified personal trainer as well so you can get some solid advice when you need it. Good to see someone that knows what they are doing also providing great products instead of just selling anything to save money. read more

Unbelievable product! Outstanding customer service! My wife and I have been in the fitness industry for nearly two decades, so we've had our share of healthy shakes. Kiwi is by far the best we've ever had. The staffs knowledge of their product is far superior to others in the industry. My suggestion to the competition.... Visit kiwi as soon as possible. Best part of my workout is my post workout protein shake at Kiwi Juice Bar! Regina is so friendly and I've tried nearly all their shakes and the are all very yummy! Everything they make is delicious, and they can back up each "smoothie" with an extensive amount of knowledge toward each goal a customer would have. The owners are very personable, and approachable, I've used each one of them to better my knowledge of pre and post workout nutrition. No response, just a repeat that we wouldn't be able to order anything that had bananas in it. Ok, so I am a big strawberry/banana fan and I had to pivot and ended up ordering a chocolate malt. Two others also order the chocolate malt, and I'm glad they got theirs first because they both said it didn't taste like malt was in it, just chocolate. I asked for a double scoop of malt in mine and the outcome was perfect with a nice malt flavor. So if ordering the malt, go for double scoop! Wife had the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae and she enjoyed it. She said the vanilla ice cream had a great, strong vanilla flavor and although the hot fudge wasn't "hot", it was a good dish she said. We had one other situation occur while there: One friend had ordered a malt without whip cream. The young man making it squirted a ton of whip cream on the top and when she reminded him no whip, he took his gloved hand and removed the whip cream from the top of the drink, put the lid on and called it good. What???? And then I also had sad no whip and as mine was being made, a squirt of whip was added and when he realized it was no whip, he used the lid of the container to remove the tad of whip from the top. What??? These two situations along with the banana fiasco equates to a three star rating from me. Overall it was a fun experience but obviously the crew could use some additional training as well as figuring out how to go around the system when something as important as bananas aren't in your order. Go buy some from the store!

Notably, the restaurant was not busy but we had to flag him down to get beverage refills. The disappointing part was dessert. We both ordered the carrot cake (which I've had before and it was the best I've ever had) arrived hot. Too hot to eat and the frosting was melting down the sides. Needless to say, we got it to go. So disappointing. I would have preferred that they tell us it wasn't ready and give the option of waiting.

Service was relatively quick even though it was busy on the weekend.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to not serve the rice, beans, and corn cake on the sizzling plate of the fajitas because the plate is so hot that the beans, rice, and corn cake burn which is not an enjoyable flavor or texture for me.
