This juice bar is super cute and next door to the doctors office. I used the app to order in advance. I love the build your own smoothie bowl option and did just that. This helps you know what you like and what you don't. I found that I really like the fruit and honey being separate and also the granola so that it didn't get soggy. I ordered mango base with whey protein and blueberries, strawberries and peanut butter. I know now I prefer an Acai base. Service was quick and the lady making my smoothie was friendly. read more

I've been here a couple of times and their bowls are always so refreshing! I recently went over the weekend with my cousin, it was her first time, and I have to say...the service was on point this weekend. The workers I got the pleasure of experiencing with my cousin were the nicest I've met there!!! My cousin loves to try a bit of everything and couldn't decide between two flavors and asked if there was any way for them to make half and half and instead of it being a flat no, they actually got excited and said they could figure it out for us!! They also gave us a cute note on my ginger shot that made my day. Their agave and granola is the best! The venue is super cute too. The service I received today due to receiving an incorrect order was unacceptable. DoorDash delivery driving that lacked the ability to speak English delivered me the incorrect drink. When I called Nekter I advised of the issue as we ordered a pink flamingo and received something that was very white a creamy. The employee being very sarcastic stated "well it's a smoothly shouldn't it be creamy". From there is was livid as I have spent $17 for 1 smoothy, didn't received the correct drink or the correct size. I didn't appreciate the sarcasm. Says a few choice words then asked for the manager. He stated he was, there is no way on a manager of a business should speak to a customer is that fashion. He proceed to say a pink flamingo should be purple. I said exactly but I have something that it white. I have been a customer for about. Year but will never use this location again. I will drive further before I give you my business again. I chose the Avocado Dream energy smoothie and it was a really good dream. As I waited I sampled the zucchini muffin and ended up buying 2 plus 2 blueberry muffins, oatmeal bowels and juices. I also got an Açaí bowl I'll be eating tomorrow. Everything sounded good. If you want something that is not only good for you but tastes great I highly recommend them (especially if you're picking up sugar loaded cookies next door....heehee) This wonderful tasting smoothie kept the little devil on my right shoulder from begging me to scarf down a freshly baked cookie! I've been to this location twice recently and I was pretty impressed! The first time we got the turmeric sunrise smoothie, the peanut butter health nut, and the orange crush. The turmeric sunrise was VERY turmeric-y and a little too bitter for me to say I loved it but I did finish it so it wasn't horrible! The PB a health nut was very good. Not too heavy but filling enough for a good midday snack (in the small size). Finally the orange crush. The flavor was, by far, the best of all three smoothies. The only problem is that this smoothie came out a little melt-y and then melted FAST. By the time we got home (a ~10 min drive in AC) it was a very cold juice. It was good and we were glad we got the medium though. I bet it would've been outstanding frozen as a smoothie. We returned a few days later for the cold brew protein smoothie which did not disappoint! It was delicious and I ordered to pick up and it was ready so quickly and had been stored in a little freezer waiting for me to pick it up! The people were friendly in the store and it was very clean. I'll be back for sure as they have some great options close to home. read more

I really enjoy the bowls and the juices but lately the past 4 times I've had issues. I'm allergic to bananas so I always get my bowl without bananas and my husband gets his with bananas. Usually it will be marked which one doesn't have bananas but these past 4 times it hasn't. A little frustrating because usually that bowl is my meal replacement but I can't even eat it because I'm scared it has bananas. Pricing is pretty up there and being that I barely get to eat the bowl; not worth it! The employees that I've had interactions with seem to be really nice. Finally had a chance to try Nekter today and my Orange Crush Smoothie is delicious! My husband did all the ordering and the two women were extremely helpful and friendly. They answered all of his questions, offered their suggestions and prepared our smoothies with a smile. They even wished him a Merry Christmas as he left. This particular restaurant/establishment is horrible. They deserve zero stars. From the lack of knowledge the staff displays, to the lack of cleanliness, time management, professionalism. There are so many issues with this spot. Tonight wasn't my first visit, but tonight was the last straw for me. I am no expert at smoothies and açaí bowls and I can prepare one a hundred times better than these clowns. Severing clients food to go, with food spilling all around it, that's pretty disgusting. Your staff should also understand that Honey and Agave Nectar are two entirely different ingredients. Also, when the website is down and client's can't order it's rude when a client calls to place an order and is turned away. Clearly there is no supervision holding employees to a standard. read more

I had Popeyes Açaí, which is spinach, banana, blueberries and açaí berry, they use agave nectar to sweeten their smoothies which is so much better for you and use non-dairy milks for all their smoothies, which I love! The bowls are good, but any time I come in I feel like I'm a massive inconvenience to the employees. I walked in and made my way to the order pickup area since I made my order on the app ahead of time. Nobody greeted me or made eye contact to acknowledge me for 5 minutes. When an order was made for someone in the shop and they brought it to pick up, I asked if an order was ready under my name. The girl at the counter rolled her eyes and turned around to grab my order from the fridge.
