The cheese was definitely cheddar based, kind of like an Easy Cheese can. I was expecting more like a cream cheese or cheesecake taste, similar to what they have at The Bep, especially since I saw on the menu here that they serve cream cheese waffles. It was my mistake for not asking while ordering, but the employees were very nice and understanding. They removed the foam for me quickly and with no trouble. The oolong milk tea with basil seeds and tapioca was very refreshing. My bf's green apple slushie with green apple jelly was exactly what he wanted, like a sour green apple candy but refreshing and juicy. I will definitely be coming back and order a new item.

This was our first time here, and the customer service seemed helpful and like they were willing to do things even though it wasn't on the menu. I like to get smoothies with a boba, and the front employee said that she would make them blended and added boba to them, both of which were upchargers. Although the shop was really cute, I feel like I have gotten better boba and better smoothies from other places. It would be a good place to bring kids, though.

Maybe it's just because I go during off hours, but this location doesn't feel as lively as it used to back in the early 2000s. That said, the drinks here are always consistent, and I've never had any issues with their service. I really should take advantage of this spot more often when I'm in the area. For this location, there was only one time they ran out of boba and had to substitute with another topping... this was frustrating because seriously, how you gonna run out of boba?! Come on! Other than that, the shop is always clean and usually pretty empty when I visit, which is actually kind of nice. I usually go for the QQ Happy Family milk tea. It's my favorite across all the locations. But now I'm most upset they took this item off their menu and no longer even have the toppings to custom order this drink... this is such a huge disappointment as I only order this particular drink. While my previous Whole Foods location carried Snap Kitchen meals, this location does not. They are however Amazon equip and unless you're a body builder, definitely affordable lazy gal meal prep approved. Specifically, their rosemary chicken with lemon fingerling potatoes and green beans, a family meal that will run you $26.99. I repeat, a meal fit to feed an entire family, 6.7lbs of quality food, 5 or so thick chicken breasts with two sides for 26.99. Unlike the rest of the world, I'm excited to see the lack of proteinification on every aisle. I too am on a plan requiring an unearthly amount of protein abd good fiber and Ofcourse they offer plenty of options, but the store seems organized in a way to primary support protein from whole or whole ish foods and generally includes options with minimal additives as opposed to the addition of whey protein to literally everything.
