We ordered breakfast from here and were pleasantly surprised by how large the bowls were, and how generous the toppings were. The banana strawberry protein bowl was absolutely delicious, well blended, with a thick, creamy texture to it. It didn't have any type of protein aftertaste, and it was very refreshing! The cacao nibs were just sweet enough, and the fruit on top was perfectly ripe. These bowls were packed and beautiful, both in flavor and in appearance. Good products, just slow service. I understand there is people in line, probably online orders. But there should be a system. Few drinks, back to the bowls, few drinks, waffles, bowls, juices, back to drinks. One older lady spent like 15 min on an açaí bowl. Poor girl had to go from register to drinks back to register. Just a little more speed, especially in an environment like this. read more

I ordered the seasonal berry/watermelon drink as well as a shot of lemon and ginger after Sunday yoga and Pilates. Hot girl summer 22'. The smoothie was sweet and the ginger shot had lots of zing and pep. The menu items appear ubiquitous. If I come back I'll likely order something I can't blend in my ninja at home but there is no doubt drinking a healthy blended smoothie on a hot summer day equates to a win. read more

Great place to grab a smoothie to go. I always like how I feel after I grab one. This Nekter location is in the Town & Country center in Phoenix. It can be a little busy here at times but the lines usually moves fast. Nekter makes handcrafted smoothies, juices, and açaí bowls. I got a Popeye's Acai smoothie and a ginger shot. Ahh Nekter! We absolutely love this place and whenever we are in the mood for a smoothie, it's #1 on the list. The staff is friendly, the app is user friendly and super convenient for ordering and customizing and their drinks are absolutely delicious. Made with wholesome and natural ingredients it not only tastes better but I feel much less guilty enjoying something that tastes so sinfully good. My absolute favorite is the pumpkin smoothie. Sweetened with dates and made with real pumpkin purée , it is just the perfect amount of sweetness and tastes like fall in a cup! They also have amazing smoothie and oat bowls along with fresh juices and shots. Whether it's to build immunity or enjoy a special treat Nekter is my go to. I'd be there daily if the price point was a little lower. I can assure you, it is worth the cost though. read more

Was in the area and am currently battling a sinus infection so popped in for an elderberry/ginger shot and a green smoothie! I must say, the shot cleared my nose right up for a few hours and honestly tasted pretty good! It was sweeter and not as potent as a normal ginger shot. I may even go back and get another today! I love their green tropical smoothie, it's SO tasty! It was a quick visit and the entire inside is cleared out + open so it felt very distanced + COVID safe! This was the first time I've tried Nekter even though I love açaí bowls. I know Nekter is known more for their juices, but I'm not the biggest fan of juice. I ordered the açaí banana berry bowl and while it was delicious, the price is just too much for me to justify spending the money when I can make something similar at home. This particular location is great. It's pretty busy in general, but it was clean and my friend and I didn't have trouble finding a table to eat at either. I might come back to try a juice since they are known for their juices, but I would not order the açaí bowl again. read more

This place has a perfect location that's so convenient whether you're going to any of the supermarkets in the plaza or if you're shopping around. I love their smoothies and green juices. I once tried their celery detox and it was the most awful tasting green juice ever however I suspect celery is to blame and not the shop. I got a 6 juice package and it was so awful I could barely drink 3 or 4. I highly suggest downloading their app as they regularly offer rewards. read more

This is my favorite smoothie place in town! Every time I am craving something unhealthy for lunch, I find myself having some Nekter delivered instead, and it's always good enough to get me through the afternoon. Whether it's a smoothie, a bowl, or juice, you're bound to get a satisfying drink that isn't loaded with sugar the way every other chain seems to be nowadays. What I absolutely love is the Slender Greens smoothie, boasting kale, spinach, pineapple, mango, chia seeds, coconut water, and more. It's filling, full of fiber and nutrients, and really helps me power through my day. I've also indulged in custom juices, and Nekter gets it right every time. Celery + Apple with lemon and ginger is my fave! There are products that I love, and then products I'll proselytize for. Nekter is one of those, I would give 6 stars if I could. Everything is fresh, vibrant, and so incredibly tasty. My favorite is the PB Acai bowl. Super fresh and fruity, and the addition of peanut butter just elevates the goodness!! Around $13 for the bowl, but since for me it's breakfast and lunch and the wow yumminess is always there, I'm happy to fork over the cash. As for ambiance, make your own! I mean it is a food truck, after all! So, just take your decadent bowl and stroll around the market people watching and checking out all the goodies for sale! You'll be glad you did! Plus, the orchid on top is the cutest little touch. It just makes my heart smile. Don't let the line scare you...it's just a sign they're doing it right. Patience = rewarded.

This is located in a strip shopping center with a few other businesses. The location itself is definitely more of a take and go type of setup since there's only a handful of seats (all of which aren't particular comfortable for long seating) as well as a main area where you place your Acai order at their topping bar. The were nice at pointing us to different options while we were picking out our choices and toppings, and the price wasn't too bad for what we got. They have several "meme" decor in this spot which was pretty funny how they were able to intertwine the photos with Acai imagery. We didn't have to wait long at all to get our Acai ordered since there was no line when we arrived. The Acai Bowl itself was quite tasty especially with their array of toppings and mixtures to put inside the bowl. Since you design it (with the help of the employee of course) it's whatever you make of it, but certainly some good choices to be had in it's creation. I'm always a sucker for good Acai, and this seems to be the only place near to Glendale that serves and delivers what I wanted. We will definitely be back.

I also think my original 1 star review was fair considering that's the whole point of yelp. Reviews are meant to reflect honest experiences. If I had seen someone else's honest review of the drink I likely would have ordered something else. As for returning it, no one wants to have to do that. It's awkward and an extra step after already being disappointed. I appreciate the offer for a refund but won't be needing it.

I guess the base does have different fruits in it, so it's not your normal açai which threw me off. I probably won't come back here for an açai bowl, but I will come back here to try their other flavors, including some of their smoothies. I'm only reading this at three because the açai evil didn't taste like an açai evil and there wasn't even really any sweetness. I don't think they put Honey in it. I think they put some type of dragon fruit syrup or something like that.

I headed over a few minutes after the estimated time and the woman working there apologized and said that she just then saw the order. She finished helping another customer and then made our bowls. I walked out of there another 10 minutes after the estimate. Not a huge deal, but also, not a five star experience. The bowls and juices were very good however. I'm sure I'll return to try a smoothie or another açaí bowl / juice in the future, but either order in person or just know going in that the online ordering system is not always super accurate. Either way, it's great to have a healthy option in the neighborhood.
