The staff are very friendly and accommodating (I request modifications to my smoothies often) and the drinks and snacks always hit the spot. My personal faves are the Green Tea Matcha Blast and the Orange Dream Machine. Either of the two go perfect with their parmesan pretzel. While the inside is small, there's some shaded outside seating so that you can enjoy your treat and people watch around park central, if you are into that. It's virtually impossible to patronize this business since the EOS gym opened. Even though the surface parking lot is posted against gym patron parking, gym goers drive right passed the sign and take up virtually every parking space knowing that no one actually enforcing the parking restrictions. My last visit here didn't go all that well, but Jamba Juice rectified the situation so I'm a happy camper! The Business Manager replied to my review here on Yelp, and gave me instructions on how to reach support. I followed the instructions and Sheldon reached out to me via email regarding the visit that following day. I responded to the email via phone call and let them know about the experience; I let them know that I didn't necessarily want a refund, I just wanted a new bowl, done correctly, and Sheldon did just that for me! I was able to get my Island Pitaya bowl, made by Sheldon himself, and I'm very happy with this experience! The bowl was done correctly! Not watery and soup-like, like the previous one, and delicious! I just started working close to this Jamba Juice and it is prob one of the healthiest, plant based options in this area. After spending time looking at the menus I settled on the greens and ginger. The first ingredient is lemon-aide. Generally lemonade has a good amount of sugar but it's Jamba Juice so i thought it would be less. I asked if the lemon-aide contained lots of sugar and someone on staff told me, "it's not too sweet" then another staff member told me, "there's some sugar but it's all natural" lol. The Greens and Ginger arrived quickly and i was handed it by a very smiley staff member. It was delicious and absolutely refreshing on this hot Phoenix day. Now the unfortunate part, I looked online and it has 77 Grams of sugar! It seems that I need to find a different option there. Suggestions? I want raw greens of some sort. I like almost all fruits. I am trying to significantly limit sugar. I prefer to stay plant based on most things in life EXCEPT when I go out on a special occasion for tacos. :) read more

The employee whom I won't call out by name told me that the blue in the Vanilla Blue Sky is only for color. That was because they were out of the blue spirulina. WRONG. It's not just blue dye food coloring. He was admittedly just getting off of his shift, but it leaves out a key health component to the drink. This isn't a "the consumer should be educated situation". Everyone super nice but literally every time I order chia seeds I never get them . Even when I point it out and say hey every time I come in I'm charged for chia seeds and they never make it into my drink can you make sure i get chia seeds ? Oh yeah yeah of cou... I STILL don't get them . Super annoying to be paying for something I consistently don't get. Unless this is the only Jamba Juice that uses an invisible chia topper, I give up. You know the difference between Jamba Juice and McDonald's oatmeal? Jamba isn't microwaved. While McDonald's has turned theirs into junk food, Jamba Juice cooks them the old fashioned way and uses the rice cooker. (Okay stove top is really the old fashioned way, but the cooker is still better than the microwave) They also use steel cut oats and cooks them with soy milk instead of regular milk. Perfect for vegans because milk doesn't really do the body good especially if you have allergies. I stopped by here this morning to get something healthy before going to my dentist. (and yes I brushed my teeth first before going there) I got my daily dose of fruit and veggies in a form of a smoothie and my daily fiber rich oatmeal. My oatmeal was loaded with cranberries and pecans just the way I like it. It was super delish. It definitely hit the spot and the staff is superb. I will definitely be back again. read more

I like coming here from time to time, just walking in the place smells like fresh fruit! I'm not a fan of the veggie-fruit mixes but if you are, they have them here. Go for one of the strawberry based blends for the lowest calorie (fruit) mixes and you won't feel too guilty for such a tasty treat. My favorite is an orange blend. Mix in a boost for some added energy or brainpower and superpower your way through the day. ...although im not really sure you get enough boost to achieve super power status, I like to pretend I do! Was excited to stop in and pickup my birthday smoothie yesterday but that quickly turned to apprehension. The employee working the register was taking the order of someone in front of me. It was obvious that they knew one another and throughout their conversation the employee kept pulling her mask down so that she could be heard or would often touch it and pull it under her mouth or nose so she could breathe better, all the while doing the food preparation and pulling food out of the plastic cases. Over the span of five minutes she must've either adjusted or touched her mask at least 20 times. When I spoke with the manager on shift about it he commented that they are not "not being strict" enforcing the facemask rule because of some of the opposing opinions they have received about it. This is in direct conflict with local and state requirements, which are not suggestions. I told him as long as they continue to have this approach, I probably would not be coming back to this location. read more

Okay, so I just moved down the street from this location and I learned a couple of things: 1- their new menu has some pretty good selection. You can get smoothies with the new "superfood" trends, like kale, spinach, chia seeds, and it's not so dang sugary like I used to associate the chain with. 2- if you don't like your smoothie, they will make you a brand new one at no extra charge. So now you can get a smoothie from there and feel pretty confident that there are options without added concentrated juice/sugar. It's about $6 for a medium-- but still cheaper than the local juicer shops around here. read more

Most people know all about Jamba Juice...this is just a review for the average joe who doesn't usually spend 5 bucks on one beverage. This location is a hop and a skip away from the office...yet I've only gone here twice. Reason is the price. You can't get out of there spending less than $4 on one drink. That's not my idea of pocket friendly...but, you are getting a really good beverage. They have all kinds of smoothies and shakes and juices and such. If its wet, they got it. Well, not really. But you get my point. You will definitely find something you like here...and if not, then just create it! This particular location has great service...at least the three times I've been there (just went during this review!). In the cut off Central Ave., you will find this little health gem: if you're looking for a healthy shake is spot, it is close to a lite rail stop and there is ample parking.! Every time I come in here, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. It's very clean and well maintained, and I can see that they work very hard to keep a good pace. It was a typical hot day in Arizona and I was in the mood of something cold and refreshing and so I found myself at Jamba Juice on central and at first it looked like any other Jamba Juice but the moment I walked in their was several people in front of me with big orders so I knew I would have to wait a long time. To my surprise a really nice worker there came up to me and asked if I knew what I wanted I gave him my order and he quickly started making it. I was in and out of there within 5 minutes no joke!
