    What size?

stopped shopping here because I've had several items come damaged or missing pieces and it's not worth the drive to return anything. Second reason is because on the site they decided for whatever unhelpful reason to stop posting sizes of clothes and shoes! like who's going to bid on that?

When shopping online and picking up from this location, plan accordingly or just plan for traffic!!! A lot of the traffic for pickup or return can go all the way back to Buckeye Road. Definitely try to avoid Fridays as my last 2 trips were extremely long lines of car. Despite the traffic, when you do get in the lot and park, the staff is always friendly and they work really hard to get your items to you quickly. I have yet to have any issues with picking up or returning. Nellis return process is also easy so if you get something and need to return, it's no issue to do online. Just time it when you're picking something else up, or do like me and a few others, group pickup... just provide their phone and names or have them add your name to the order.

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!! This is an absolute rip-off designed to trick you into overbidding. A $100 item shouldn't cost over $125. Stop letting this company blindly pick your pocket and spread the word so people see exactly how they are getting scammed!!

Fraud. Misleading product description. Bait and switch. Scam. That's exactly how you'd feel bidding and winning a 5-star brand new product with no damage and missing parts based on their extensive Quality Review only to find the exact opposite. Just check all the complaints online with Better Business Bureau and AG. It's bad! It has long list of complaints. It hasn't improved or changed.

    Too many people online

I used to love Nellis and was a long‑time 5‑star supporter, but having the combined Mesa and Phoenix sites has made the platform almost unusable. I constantly get "too many people" error messages, especially in the evenings when I actually have time to bid. I save items in the morning and plan to bid later, but now I can't even get on the site when it matters. After missing out on multiple items because of these errors, I'm dropping my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. Please fix the site or separate Mesa & Phoenix so not so many people are on at the same time. Loyal customers shouldn't be locked out. Now for the staff they get 5-stars!

Complete misrepresentation of the truth. Large percentage of items are broken, half full, missing parts, non-functional but they list them as new 5 star. They reply with cut and paste templates and have ZERO concern about wasting your time and money driving to pick up items they lied about. Save your time money and efforts. Go somewhere else where they value their customers and have integrity. Here's a classic description from the ignorant Nellis lazy incompetents. Description says statue has broken leg but they list it as new, 5 star, no damage, functional. And this is one of their better efforts. Usually they don't identify the damage. https://nellisauction.com/p/Hi-Line-Gift-Ltd-Sitting-Doberman-Pinscher-Dog-Statue-ONE-LEG-IS/114514764

Be careful, as they consistently misrepresent the products they sale. They call it a mis-discription which means they didn't thoroughly inspect the item they sold. If you don't inspect it within 7 days your screwed. Bought a camp kitchen that they stated "no missing parts" . But it required assembly and when I had the opportunity to get to it discovered it was missing parts. And they said too bad missed the 7 day return window. Typically I do check the items before I leave the parking lot but as I said it required assembly so it wasn't possible with this item. But this was not the first time they "misdescribed" items 3 out of the last 5 items I've purchased was not as they stated. So be careful, I suggest you dump it all out in the parking lot and check before you leave. They don't take care of their customers.

This is the email response you receive copy and pasted over and over

Was very excited about my purchases until I received them. Bought a fryer that said no parts were missing, the power cord is missing. I saw a power cord in the box but I didn't set the fryer fully up. It was day 7 when I discovered this, I emailed them, according to them it's my fault for not doing their paid employees job and that they can write whatever description they want to get me to pay for the product and have 0 accountability because within 7 days I can return it. This was my first purchase, so I now will not EVER be a customer again and I'm also reporting it as fraud since I have it in writing that they know the description was inaccurate and that they didn't really check.

The conversation developed because he saw we were packing to move, and he informed us of his bigger operation as an estate service. He was very kind, friendly, and honest about everything. A great conversationalist, we agreed to let him handle our estate for several reasons. The main ones being his service would handle the marketing, showings, and LEGALISMS of selling a property with minimal involvement from us. Secondly they would take care of the valuables with a dedicated sale, and see to it that everything else would go to the charity or donation business of our choice (we went with Goodwill). Finally, they would take care of the cleanup/clean-out of the entire property inside & out, prep it for the buyer, and make sure the closing went smoothly for us (a GIANT bonus considering our age & health issues). We were handed some hurdles in late 2023 during the sale period unfortunately. The HIGH interest rates and an uncertain world situation hit the housing sector HARD. That didn't deter Kort and his team whatsoever thankfully. With investors pulling out of the market en-masse, Kort was able to find several other buyers for us to pick from, with nearly no delay. There were factors on OUR end that made things even harder for him to line things up (age & condition of our property), but again they handled it all without so much as a peep of protest or reluctance. In the end he was able to find a cash buyer for us, organized & setup all the various inspections, and the final couple of weeks were a whirlwind of success! Im not sure if a 'typical' real estate agent would've been able to do what he & his team did honestly... and certainly wouldn't have been there to respond to EVERY SINGLE little question, text msg, call, etc. A great experience, an amazing guy & team, and we couldn't recommend higher.

Hired to provide packing, moving, unpacking, estate sale and property clear out services, I experienced problems at every step. I was promised by the company co-owner they could find items in the house we needed and that everything would be unpacked for Mom's move into assisted living. The employee who manages the estate sale and clear out process would later assert they do not find specific items. For the packing/moving/unpacking phase of the work, our charges we paid more than $5,000 dollars including the tip I provided but later found out they did not unpack several boxes (just put them in the closet) and made the decision without checking with me not to move items I had asked to be moved. The estate sale and property clear out was challenging from the beginning. Despite asking multiple times, I did not get updates on the items I was promised they could find. My realtor was told to stay off the property for more than two weeks before they even did anything (I was not told about this by Busy Bees and it has delayed getting our house listed) and a few days before everything was supposed to be done, I was told they would not clear out property in the attic. Not unreasonable given the heat (even if it was their timeline and they should know AZ weather) but no alternatives were given, nor did they respond to the alternatives I proposed until several days later when the property needed to be turned over to my realtor to get it listed. At additional cost, I booked another company. During the property clear out of the main level, they left several large furniture items, damaged the gate, the door and left broken glass. Instead of removing everything from the property, they overfilled our garbage and recycling bins and just left it. The company response to complaints and concerns was to blame me, my realtor and two of the neighbors. If you care about your family's estate and don't want more stress, avoid Busy Bees!

As I knew he would do eventually because he does it with almost every one-star review (there are so…read moremany of them!), Bo Patrick came along and whined that he had somehow been mistreated by clients deeply unhappy with his service. Our contract with Fidelity stated that the sale would include artwork. It did not specify oil paintings. We did ask Fidelity to auction artwork, and all the artwork we wanted to offer for sale was photographed weeks ahead of the auction by Fidelity's employees or agents. To be clear: WE DID NOT ALLOW FIDELITY TO PHOTOGRAPH FOR THE AUCTION ANY ORIGINAL OIL PAINTINGS OR ADVERTISE THEM FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE. In his reply to my original review, Bo claims that "The day before the auction [my family] removed $20,000 in artwork and now you are upset because we charged you a commission to do that but that's exactly what the contract allows us to do." First of all, it's quite a shock to read that we owned artwork worth $20,000, because that's not what Bo told us at the time. He gave us a much more modest assessment of the paintings' value. Second, regardless of the worth of the paintings, that is not what happened. I don't know if Bo's memory is so poor that he cannot recall the events of his sale with us, if he is so lazy that he did not bother to check the facts, or if he is sufficiently deficient in honesty that he doesn't care about the facts. But his account is wrong. Bo knew that the oil paintings would not be for sale. We had a Zoom meeting with him and Kelsee more than three weeks before the auction in which he tried to persuade us to let Fidelity sell the oil paintings and our father's home; thank God we never seriously entertained the idea of letting him sell the house. But we told him immediately after the Zoom meeting that we had decided against selling the oil paintings. When Bo originally talked to us about the paintings, he wanted to have an online auction, so that people all over the world could bid on them. But that never happened, because we told them weeks ahead of time that the oil paintings would not be included. Again, to be clear: WE DID NOT ALLOW FIDELITY TO PHOTOGRAPH FOR THE AUCTION ANY ORIGINAL OIL PAINTINGS OR ADVERTISE THEM FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE. You cannot believe anything Bo says. He whines that he "had buyers from all around Arizona and other states drive-in for those paintings.... When they arrived, they were very upset with us as an Auction firm.... You affected our reputation that day big time." But if Bo had people traveling from out of state to bid on items we told Bo were not for sale and did not let Fidelity photograph or advertise for the auction, well, that sounds very suspect to me. It is by no means our fault if Bo advertised for sale things he knew would NOT be for sale. We did not affect his reputation--HE did. If people were upset with him that day, it is entirely his fault. Bo won in our lawsuit against Fidelity not because the contract let him charge a commission (the judge agreed that it was a very badly written contract and did not redound to Bo's favor) but because, as I stated before, at the hearing, the judge allowed one and only one witness to speak: Bo's partner Kelsee Wirtjes. Please read my original review to see what happened next. In the time since I posted my original review, Fidelity has received two more five-star reviews, but three more one-star reviews. Their previously poor rating is even worse now--and it's entirely their own fault. The crucial point remains the one with which I concluded my original review: Why would you hire an estate sale company who is so disliked by most people who have hired it? Learn from our mistakes. Stay away from Bo Patrick. Don't believe his unctuous denials. However much he tries to shift the blame for his bad reviews to the people foolish enough to hire him, the fact nonetheless remains that most people who hire him to run an estate sale are extremely unhappy with his services.

So I kindly reached out to Fidelity's team and thanked them for their time. The next morning I got a text from Bo saying I wasted all of their time?? LOL. DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT THEIR SERVICES because apparently they will get mad at you for wasting their time?! ABSURD that this poor man would text me something like that while I'm grieving the loss of my mother. Well, CLEARLY I dodged a bullet :)
