Where do I start. I should've known when it was difficult to get an order in when I was ready to order to just walk away however the cabinets were described exactly how I would like to see my cabinets. It took me three days of calling and emailing several times to finally get an order completed For my kitchen cabinetry. I was excited to receive my white shaker style cabinets at a price I could afford within the budget I had set for myself. That was a Friday afternoon. The money promptly came out of my account for just under $5000 on Monday I received an email stating that four of my cabinets had been back ordered I then responded that I would still like the order. I was then told that my order would come into separate shipments which would mean I would have to be home from work twice to receive the order to which I responded if there was a discount I would take them into separate orders otherwise please compile them into one. Within a few hours of that request I was notified by phone call that my entire order would be canceled I questioned this cancellation, as I wanted the items and wondered if it was because I had asked for compensation I was told that they were having trouble with their supplier and they had no idea when these cabinets would be available. With this information I asked for a full refund it did not happenWhat did happen was that I thought to myself perhaps I should get the gray cabinets I wonder if they have gray cabinets available in all these dimensions that I needed. I was told there were no gray cabinets there were no cabinets coming and that my order was just basically canceled. My budget was built upon this company's price sheet so I began to panic. I again asked if they had cabinets in gray I was told they did not. I asked why the return then had not been made to my bank no answer to the phone call no answer to the emails no answer to another phone call they had gone dark they had my money and I had no order no promise of cabinets and no cabinets. I began it I began a dispute with my bank stating that I had received a cancellation order and no refund of the funds I had spent on the cabinets. meanwhile It turns out they did Have my cabinets and gray I still did not have a refund for my money mind you it has been seven days and I did not believe I would ever get my money back so I ordered these cabinets in gray. The company promptly put them on a shipping some from Florida some from Texas but the full order would arrive. I was fine with that. The company sent me an email stating they had sent out two separate orders with tracking. The orders arrived in Tucson and the orders were promptly canceled for delivery to my home because they realized I had made a dispute with the bank I explained that I had placed that dispute because they would not answer their phone or emails and they had my $5000. They convinced me to release or cancel the dispute with my bank so that the order sitting in my hometown could be delivered to my home. The shipping company let us know they could not deliver the order it was too big. They contacted a different company that could deliver The order and yet when the order arrived my husband had to unload 1465 pounds of cabinetry off the truck by himself. But good news we had all of our cabinets. We had our islandCoverage piece damaged we were missing the touch up kit we were missing molding and a few boxes were damaged which wes duly noted. I called and emailed both of which were ignored that we were missing these items just under $300 worth of items. Nguyen finally after several calls Adrianna returned our call and stated she would quickly contact the supplier and we would perceive our missing items. Fast forward seven days I still No contact no shipping confirmation no tracking information. I contact Adrianna again and she states they've been contacted the supplier that is. I asked her where the tracking information was and she could not tell me. I asked her simply if the order had not been sent if there was no tracking if there was no confirmation that the order was on its way I would just prefer a refund of these items. She promptly told me that the supplier did not allow returns. I stated that I didn't purchase these items from the supplier I purchased them from KB Nelson cabinetry if KB Nelson cabinetry could not for fill my order or provide confirmation that this order has been made was on its way that I would prefer a refund of the items missing from My original order. She became very rude there would be no return there can be no monies credited to my account as again she stated the order was on its way but there was still no confirmation no tracking I insisted the money was apparently then credited to my account at this point I haven't seen itUpdates to follow. So now I have cabinets that's a story the cabinets are warped the camlock's are difficult to work there are zero instructions in the boxes, The video is useless the cabinets will do that's all read more

I was in the process of completing a kitchen remodel and was running way over budget. I had received three estimates for cabinets and was scheduled to have cabinets installed within 30 days at the best price I could find. I was looking on craigslist for an old door when I stumbled across an add for cabinets from Nelson Cabinetry LLC. The add stated they were top of the line cabinets and the pictures appeared to be exactly what I wanted. On a whim I called because the cabinets were so inexpensive. I live in Oklahoma and the number was out of Texas. This caused me concern. I've heard all the horror stories of craigslist. I spoke with Dino and he assured me they were a real company that serviced Oklahoma and Texas and I would not be charged until the job was completed. In desperation to balance my budget I thought I would take a chance, with no upfront money out of pocket I figured I had nothing to lose. We had a great experience with Nelson Cabinetry and highly recommend them and the customer service representative we dealt with, Edi. The cabinets look great! All but a few assembled together perfectly but for strength, we also glued and finish nailed the cabinets. We ordered both kitchen cabinets and vanities from them and only had 2 small issues, both of which were dealt with quickly by Edi. Overall, it was a stress-free experience. If you buy from them, note that they don't stock end panels. We had to buy our island back panel from Home Depot. It was almost the same color but not quite, and it's not as high quality as the rest of the cabinets. So, if you're handy with tools you can assemble these RTA Cabinets and you won't go wrong with Nelson Cabinetry. Ask for Edi, he was awesome from concept to sales and after-sales service. read more

I was so surprised by the great customer service, especially because the company was based in Texas, and my project was in Massachusetts. They delivered sooner than I thought or was scheduled, which was wonderful because I was on a tight schedule. My installer who was in the cabinet business for years said that the quality was really good and everything lined up as anticipated. Allen and Edwin were very professional and kind in their communication. In fact, I had one last correction right before it shipped and they still got it in. I will use them again in the future. Nelson Cabinetry is great to work with. I ordered my first set of cabinets for our pantry. One cabinet arrived damaged. I sent pictures to Emma and she had a replacement sent out the very next day! My second order was for 18 cabinets for our loft. They arrived in perfect condition. These are quality cabinets with zero particle board. The doors and drawers are all soft close. I got an estimate from Lowes before ordering from Nelson Cabinets and the Lowe's quote was double what i paid from Nelson Cabinets. All the pieces fit together perfectly. I am so impressed! We ordered our cabinets back in March, and had a great experience with shipping and getting replacements for a few damaged pieces. We assembled and started installing them in November, and got great help when we needed it. After installation, we found some pieces that were messed up while assembling drawers, and they shipped us replacements right away with no issues. Their customer service was fast and so helpful. Nice cabinets, easy to put together. Customer service is awesome! Only slight complaint we had was lack of instructions. Most of the cabinets were pretty simple assembly, however the more complicated (such as lazy Susan, blind cabinet) we really needed instructions for as it wasn't obvious how to put together. There was nothing online, but we made a phone call and were able to get the instructions emailed to us. If instructions are available, they should be able to be accessed on your website." read more

We purchased our cabinets for a remodel we were doing and they came promptly within a week. A couple of boxes were damaged and we contacted the company about sending out replacements which they said they would send out right away. It took 2 weeks to get them and they were the wrong pieces. This is a flip house so our timeline was way behind by this time. I called 3 times and emailed 3 times over the next 10 days with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. Terrible customer service!!! read more

Very happy with our cabinets. My husband was able to easily assemble them and get them installed. Two things I love about these cabinets: 1) the finish is smooth and cleanable. My family is not the neatest, and I am able to wipe up any spills without a problem! 2) the soft close doors and drawers are great! No more slamming cupboard doors. Yes you have to put these together, but it's fairly simple and worth the extra time.These are made of high quality materials and have soft-close drawers and doors - as close as you can come to custom-made. I was very happy with the quality of the Cabinet construction and assembly method they provide. We needed custom cabinets for a Van conversion and to have them specialy made would have cost us 3 times the price. There was a small problem with the refer cabinet it was too tall and did not match the height of the rest of the cabinets and had to be cut down and there was no instructions for this cabinet or a video.
