This experience was hands down the absolute BEST we have EVER had. Starting with our initial contact with Doug at Nelson Carpet cleaning. He responded promptly to my original message. He was extremely helpful answering all our questions regarding upholstery cleaning for our sofa, love seat, and all of our outdoor cushions! He set up the appt and confirmed date and sent price quote email and text which was AWESOME. But the absolutely AMAZING part is the result of the cleaning itself! We have two dogs and the sofa specifically looked hideous with the amount of stains from one of them licking their paws on it! it looks BRAND NEW! Both it and the loveseat do and we've had them for almost 17 years!! Doug was so thorough in the cleaning!! He explained a little bit about their process and also advised me how to treat any future stains. He worked meticulously to get these in tiptop shape and they were dry before he left! I was equally pleased with the outdoor cushions on our patio as well! We discussed other services that they offered regarding hardwood floor cleanings, tile cleanings, carpet and rugs! To top it all off I was texted a link to review my bill and was able to pay my bill through my phone. I received email follow up immediately from that payment. I have a 15% discount I can use for the next eight months on any of their services and 10% for the a year!! I would give them 6 stars if I could. Doug and his team did an amazing job. I have used other companies but Nelson's is far superior. His tech Saxon was able to clean stains and soiled edges of my carpet that I have lived with for years that no one else could. I had my carpet cleaned earlier today by them and I couldn't be happier! I called in the morning to ask a few questions, and they managed to fit me in for the afternoon. They worked with me and gave us exactly what we wanted! He explained everything that he was doing and even recommended products to use to treat my carpet myself. I have used Nelson Carpet Cleaning several times. I don't have carpet but I do have tile kitchen floors and when you have dogs going in and out all the time and that's the door everyone comes in and out and the first room a person sees, well you like you floors to look clean!! Black dogs shed hair really bad and they get the tile floors super clean. So Doug came back out and did a second DEEP cleaning and even left his high power fans for the night to make sure the carpets were completely dry before my kids got home and ran all over them.
