The nurse took two of them before making a joke about it, "how are you going before these guys, lol?" she said to the second man. Not funny. Then the next two. When asked why this was happening, the receptionist replied, "because you are a new patient." Really?? I guess they don't like new patients or first impressions. Take your dental needs elsewhere, Aspen does not know how to treat people.

When I spoke to the dentist, she informed me that I would need a root canal on every single tooth to fix my teeth, which would be over $35,000 after insurance. Or get them pulled and get dentures. Which would be $10,000. I just went to a different dentist today to get a second opinion and also another set of x-rays, and it's turns out I don't need one single root canal. All I need is 7 cavities filled. I would definitely think twice before coming here because who knows who else they are doing things like this to.

I had a tooth that was previously prepared by another…read moredentist in NY (as a temp) but I was in the middle of moving to Ga also and couldn't wait for the final. Because of insurance I had to wait several months here in Ga for the final fix. The temp held up excellently for over 10 mths. Redick goes in ruins the tooth and her final work fell off in 2 1/2 months. When she was filing down the already prepped tooth, I wondered why she was taking away so much but I'm not a dentist. It fell off because it had nothing to hold to. Incompetence or purposely done, nothing in between. Awful! Never again.
