He left a deposit toward future work of $150. I called them a week later and told them he was leaving the area and he would like the money refunded to him. That was March 3rd. The check never came and I called to check on it and they said give it a month. After 5 weeks I called again and was told they would call back by the end of the day and they never did. I've made several attempts to find out if the check was mailed and have gotten excuse after excuse then they said that a refund of $90 was mailed on April 6th. They charged him $60 for the initial visit that was supposed to be covered 100 percent! Well it's April 20th and still no check! Don't be fooled by the friendliness at first because you will be overcharged and don't leave a deposit because you won't get it back!

When I spoke to the dentist, she informed me that I would need a root canal on every single tooth to fix my teeth, which would be over $35,000 after insurance. Or get them pulled and get dentures. Which would be $10,000. I just went to a different dentist today to get a second opinion and also another set of x-rays, and it's turns out I don't need one single root canal. All I need is 7 cavities filled. I would definitely think twice before coming here because who knows who else they are doing things like this to.
