My son threw his back out and was in a lot of pain. I started calling around 7:30 am to see if anyone was available since it was a Friday. I was not having any luck until I called Dr. Nelson. I was surprised when he answered his phone and was very pleasant. He told me that as soon as he got to the office he would call me back. He assured me he would see him he just wanted to confirm a time. Sure enough he called me back before 9am and told me to have him there at 9:15 my son was about 30 mins away and due to his back hurting he was struggling loading his kids in the car. I called Dr. Nelson back explaining that he was running behind due to the pain and getting the kids in the car. The doctor was very understanding and said he would see him when he was able to get there. My son said he was great and he explained what the problem was and really helped him out. I was very impressed with Dr. Nelson wanting to help him feel better. We definitely recommend this office. read more

CASH ONLY, so he doesn't have to accept the dollar amount that insurance will pay. That is his right but shows how much he TRULY cares. He did not help me the first time (wrong rib) so I paid to go again. Again wrong rib. Finally went to my own Chiro who had been out of town when my rib went out and BINGO he popped it right back in, first visit. I believe this man needs a lot more education and to stop fleecing vulnerable people in pain. read more

I was here today for a DOT physical, Dr. Nelson was very professional, great experience, highly recommended!

I went in on a Saturday. He was the only one in the area willing to take new patients that day. When we got to the office it had a line of about 3 people ahead of me. Despite him running the front desk and rooms we were out within an hour. And the occasional hellos to people as they were coming in. He can't run insurance on Saturdays so I paid cash. It was 75$ for me and then 45$ for a 2nd person. As I went into the room he only adjusted the area I had pain, other chiropractors I've been to always did the entire back no matter where the pain is. Nelson was a very friendly and nice guy. A little rushed because he was solo, but still definitely got the job done. A life saver and would definitely recommend! read more

What a great guy Dr. Nelson is! On Christmas day I unfortunately had a rib out of place. I was in agony and could find no help because of the holiday. I was able to get through Christmas day but the next day I was feverishly looking to any chiropractic care..including my own. Lol. Don't go to "dr" Nelson, especially if Berg injury lawyers send you there! First off you will be waiting for quite some time to see him because he double books all his appointments, then he will push you through as fast as you can and make another appointment so he can get more money. This place is definitely not about care and only about him getting as much money from you as he can. Also if you are sent to him by Berg and told they will handle your bill with him whether they win your case or not you should find another lawyer and chiropractic office because you are going to get stuck with a huge bill from this guy and all the promises he and berg tell you will soon turn out to be lies intended to exploit people that have been injured in accidents. I was in great need to be seen by a Chiropractor as my regular Doctor was out of town for Thanksgiving and it was Saturday. I called and had an appointment with a doctor in Tracy and when I got there I was told that he had left with a sinus infection. I needless to say was still in alot of paint and abit of shock at the lack of professionalism.
