This place is almost empty, barely any tenants and they are doing everything possible to get rid of the few loyal customers they still have. They sent me a rent increase notice, I called the office and agreed to a different rent amount. Not the one I had, not the one they suggested. But they offered me that amount and we agreed. Then I get billed the higher amount which I didn't agree to. Obviously past the first of the month so I had to deal with it and pay it. I'm moving out. They are not really climate controlled. Temps are always above 90 degrees. No 24 hour access.
