I was a bit concerned if this was a legit company (fear of no labor showing up on load day!), but it all worked out. There is just not a lot of personal contact - most being done online. The workers came with all the equipment a professional should have. My only concern was the main guy did not know how to tie knots in rope - he could only use ratchet straps to secure loads in the truck. Not a problem if you know how and are there to do it. At the other end of the move, we had only minimal damage to items - less than I would have expected from commercial moving lines (Atlas, Mayflower, etc). Remember to tip the workers!

I called the store and was there the next day. The owner was busy working on a radio but he dropped everything and tended to my needs. This was a Plus for sure. He gathered his fancy meters and we went to my truck. I didn't know what all those fancy buttons meant but he walked me through it, as he did his work. I can tell you, he new what he was doing. I was very impressed. As he completed his work, he said he could make my radio reach further down the road. He told me he would have to cut about an inch off the antenna and he did.
