This really didn't occur to me until recently when my favorite bandana went missing; then 2 days later an entire set Boll and branch sheets ( top sheet, bottom sheet and 2 pillow cases ) all went missing......then I realized I bought 4 pillow cases and all are now gone!! To replace them is $400 and no offer is made.

Literally chip my designer buttons, cover up the truth, thought the client is too blind to notice, not once but returning the garment with a cover-up hideous lining stitch that wasn't there! Refused to give me a face-to-face explanation and never returned phone calls. Don't be a wimp. Man up and admit you are suck at cleaning. Shame on your unethical professional. There is not a cash tip jar, we were asked to tip on the screen like I was ordering a specialty coffee item. Confused everyone I was with. Not appropriate for this kind of business. With Uber pickup and drop off you get tight (30 min) windows. If you're not in Brooklyn, it adds to the expense but is 100% worth it for the peace of mind: you can get on with your day--and rest assured that your clothing won't be returned smelling like someone else's toxic dryer sheets. Of these items, there was a two- piece dress with jacket that was purchased by my late husband. The jacket was trimmed in what appeared to be black leather but turned out to be plastic. Over the years, the plastic became fragile. I happened to wear the dress while working as a background actor and noticed the peeling of plastic. When I dropped off my clothes, it was explained to me that they could not repair the jacket. They suggested that I take it to an establishment who specializes in handling such repairs. When I picked up my laundry, I left it on my valet. I did not want to deal with the jacket. Almost two months have passed since I touched my laundered clothes. Today, I decided to put the clothes into my closet, and I was SHOCKED! I cried! Choi's Valley Cleaners had removed ALL of the plastic from around the collar running down the front of the jacket, the pockets and the sleeves with black fabric. They never said anything to me when I picked up my laundry. Rather, they pulled all my clothing together and I paid. The person who helped me smiled and said have a nice day. Choi's Valley Cleaners went beyond customer service. I will be grateful to them the rest of my life. They understood how important the dress was to me and went out of their way to preserve it.
