I have a poorly constructed/designed 10 year old flat roof. As a consequence, whenever it rained, there was extensive pooling of water, without leaks. Adam was the only roofing contractor who would even attempt to install the standing seam metal roof system that I wanted for my home. He took the time to measure not once, but enough times to get the angles, seams, and panels right. He used quality underlayment and applied it so evenly that my neighbor said that he thought it was applied by brush. In 2024, I contacted Nema Roofing to give me an estimate on reroofing my home. Adam came out shortly after I contacted him and upon inspection, said that our existing roof had another 4-5 years left. I needed a new roof and live in a historical neighborhood. Adam, who runs things, has done other roofs in the vicinity. So he is well acquainted with the historical designation and what the city will accept. Just got our roof done this week and I am very happy with the work. When I first contacted the company, Thomas came over and checked where I had leaks. He took pictures to show me the areas and then explained to me the different layers in the roof. Out of the other quotes I got this was the best price and he was also the most responsive. After they acquired the permit they ordered the color shingles we wanted and then came and took off the old roof in one day and then the new shingles was delivered and they put on the new shingles in one day. Nema replaced our roof in 2020 and did a wonderful job. We were really happy with the new roof and when we noticed a small leak in the attic we called Adam. The workers are incredible, some of the hardest working and most conscientious laborers that I have met. I was moved by how they worked together, how eagerly they helped one another, and how nice a job they seemed to do. Just had some roofing repair work done to replace some cracked tiles, repair the flashing, and clear debris. From start to finish I was a great experience. Adam came and inspected the roof a couple of weeks after I contacted the company. He took some great pictures to show me what type of work would be needed. He called a couple of days later to set up a repair date and made sure I understood what would be on the contract and to see if I had any other questions.
