I have a poorly constructed/designed 10 year old flat roof. As a consequence, whenever it rained, there was extensive pooling of water, without leaks. He took the time to measure not once, but enough times to get the angles, seams, and panels right. Just got our roof done this week and I am very happy with the work. When I first contacted the company, Thomas came over and checked where I had leaks. He took pictures to show me the areas and then explained to me the different layers in the roof. Out of the other quotes I got this was the best price and he was also the most responsive. So he is well acquainted with the historical designation and what the city will accept.
