We had been BEGGING Home Depot to come fix our leaking roof that was under warranty for 3 more years. We paid a ton of money in cash for this roof and warranty. Every tim it rained, roof leaked, even straight through the chandelier! From 2017, they replaced the entire roof 4 times!! It continued to leak and then, ghosted. I start calling Department Manager, then, District Manager, nothing! This angered me and I was livid! So, I started contacting Home Depot Corporate Office, then Board of Directors, and finally (shocking) I received a response after contacting the CEO!! They sent another crew. They said sorry we no longer work on roofs but they said they'd pay any certified roofer to fix it. I checked Yelp and randomly found A&M. They called me in 2 hours, came to the house the next day, found and fixed the issue, and resolved in 1 week!! If I would have found them 5 years ago, I would have saved a ton of time and money fixing the continuous damage. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone else in SB County!!! read more

We had leakage from winter storms and needed to have a section of our roof inspected for repairs and some gutters replaced. Memo came within a few days, right on time, did a thorough inspection, took many pictures to show us the problems, made recommendations, answered our questions, and took several photos to show us the roof area including of some vents that definitely needed better wrapping and a skylight that needed resealing--that was so helpful (issues that hadn't been pointed out by a different roofer who had checked the area, nor did they take photos.) The replaced area matches perfectly. Memo's team completed everything in a timely manner, did excellent work, the price was reasonable (less that the other roofer's quote that didn't even include gutter work). A&M recently replaced the roofs on two buildings for me. From the beginning to the end Memo was easy to work with, accommodating of my tenants needs and schedules and was always quick to respond to questions. His crew was polite, thorough and hard working without any drama, delays or noxious behavior. The work was done in the amount of time they anticipated for it and there were no surprises during the work. On several details they went above and beyond what they could have done if they were just interested in doing it cheaply. That said their estimate was significantly less than the other bids I had received. At the end of the work the yard was clean and Memo followed up to see if I had any concerns, which I did not. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or suggest them to anyone else. Memo and his crew just finished expertly repairing our roof including new facia boards along with replacing our roofing and woodwork on the carport. This was a big job, and they did an excellent job.
