For some reason I read that the front office staff had been accused of insincere treatment and being cold to patients. I found everyone to be quite the opposite and very friendly and helpful. We hadn't seen Dr. Mallon since my daughter was very young, but was pleased that she was still practicing and we got in to see her. Turns out my daughter developed walking pneumonia and she was able to get on lower dose antibiotics right away. Dr. Mallon didn't remember my daughter bc like I said it's been close to a decade I think since they last saw each other. But she treated her as warmly and kindly as a good friend of the family. Vero is lucky to still have her practicing.
