The people at this place are wonderful and will promptly take care of any health issues you have with love and care. It is a family urgent care so kids and adults are welcome. I had so much pain when I walked into this urgent care and thought I'd have to wait a long time, but they were so quick and helpful in getting me checked in and through their doors. When I left, I felt 100% better. The nurses, doctors, and staff here are so knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful, they gave me the confidence that I'll be OK. Which is more than I can say for the other urgent care centers in the area. The clinic is also very clean, hygienic, well equipped and very inviting. They even have a little play area for the kiddos to keep them occupied while waiting. I highly suggest you visit this for any of your family's urgent healthcare needs! read more

The ARNP who saw me was able to perform a procedure on my thumb after being poked by a bayonet from a Pineapple Palm my hand was swollen and infected with a Red Line going up my arm. This kept me out of The ER. read more

Our urgent care visit turned into a long wait; we waited for over an hour and still hadn't seen a doctor.

If there were negative stars I would give them one. I fainted and hit my head which now has a big scar on the back of my head. Laid in a black pool of blood for I don't know how long. I drove about 1/2 mile up the road to Urgent care and they wouldn't even let me in the door??????? They suggested I go to the ER at Holmes?????? I didn't realize I had blood splatter all over the front of me also. I just went home and cleaned up and put pressure on the cut on the back of my head and peroxide and sauve on it. Dr. Lorente is the worse doctor you'll ever encounter. The most insensitive human I've ever met. Does not listen, does not care for the patients & is just there collecting his money. I had him as my primary care doctor - biggest mistake of my life! Definitely a waste of time & money. You are better off going to WebMD than this clown. read more

I HATE going to doctors, but between a gash on the inside of right thumb & a HORRIBLE pain in my left breast/chest wall, I finally caved, (3 days after). A friend recommended Dairy Rd Urgent Care, saying she'd been there twice & it was a very personable experience, compared to when she used another one, slightly closer. Even though they were SLAMMED with patients, they were sweet & personable, AND we could even wit in our car, avoiding a crowded room full of people, that might be contagious. That was GREAT!! When they did take us back, things went quickly. They did a chest X-ray to rule out walking pneumonia & other things. Doc thinks the pain is due to a muscle strain, from coughing & clearing my throat, from a recent URI. (The timing seemed weird, because I hadn't been coughing for a while.) BUT she took her time during exam & questions & told me we'd done a GREAT job keeping thumb cut clean & it was healing, nicely. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star, is I was hoping to see the X-ray, & the doc again. I'm sure she looked it over thoroughly. But considering how slammed they were, I understand. And the PA was awesome too! read more

Had an infection that was getting worse while on a business road trip. Stoped by and was assessed and treated quickly and professionally. Was in and out in 45 min. Dr was great good bedside manor wish I was local would prefer this practice to the one in my hometown. read more

I've been here 3 times and had a good to great experience every single time. Once during Covid 2021 and twice done then fir various reasons. The staff was always very professional and nice. The doctors and PA's are great. The wait time varies, only once did I wait more than 15 minutes (it was flu season) and one time only 5 minutes. They call the prescriptions in. Once the receptionist could not get my insurance company on the phone- the wait time was very long but she waited for me to call (a different number) to determine my co-pay. They are very understanding and compassionate towards their patients. The doctors are very good at explaining the possible treatments and what may or may not happen. I highly recommend this urgent care. read more

This facility was awesome! I did not have a appointment, just walked in. Everyone from the receptionist to the PA, was outstanding. I had a very minimal wait, treated with respect, answered all questions, explained exactly what they were going to do, and never made to feel rushed. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the wait was minimal. We went for back pain and a new head pain. Someone needs to educate the medical assistant that she's legally not allowed to be giving out medical advice or diagnoses. It seems she runs the place though, even said "okay well those are two separate issues and don't have anything to do with the other." (By the way- the ER Dr. DOES think they're related- so again- if you're a MA, I don't know where along the road you learned that it's okay to be giving out this kind of advice.) The PA refused to even come in the room and had the MA tell us that because "anything head related needs to go to the ER," "could be an aneurysm." It was shocking to me that if you think it could be so serious- why you wouldn't at least come lay eyes on the patient to rule out any immediate life threatening issues. Wild. I've been an ICU RN for 5 years, never seen such negligence and all I can say is-wild. read more

I have been to several Urgent cares and never felt heard or taken care of , but that changed when I went into Dairy road urgent care! The whole experience was great , the receptionist was so sweet and so reassuring when I was sick as a dog! The Doctor was just the same she was so sweet and took such awesome care of me! They even noticed my probably months long ear infection i had noticed but The medfast blew me off... They got me medicine and sent me on my way! Definitely recommend read more

Great first experience from the receptionist all the way to the care I got! I was able to be seen immediately. Everyone was so kind & patient. I didn't feel rushed and the physician took her time educating me on any questions I had. The inside was extremely clean so that was a plus considering the circumstances that we're in. When my son dropped a 35lbs weight on his foot in weight-lifting class, I decided to give this place a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Even though the receptionist got very busy right after we arrived, she didn't forget about me, and called me back to finish dealing with my insurance and paperwork as soon as she had a chance. We were seen within 20 minutes on a Monday afternoon. The paramedic on staff took care of our immediate needs, and we were seen a couple times by the PA (before and after X-Rays). The staff was fairly quick, and the PA even picked up on the fact that, even though my son's big toe was obviously very damaged externally, that it was actually his second toe that had a hairline fracture. Kudos! Next urgent care need, we will be trying them again. read more

The staff is phenomenal! They have taken such great care of me, I have been going there for quite a few years now. This is quality care at its best. My copay is going up but I don't care, it is worth every penny. Really caring staff, they take their time explaining the causes, symptoms, and treatments. They also give great advice on preventative actions. They are very personable people, these physicians really care and empathize with their patients. I only know what my husband told me because he was the patient. He felt that they listen to him well and that they treated him with the utmost of respect. He did not come out nervous and with more questions than they went in with. He came out with good knowledge of what was going on and they had addressed two issues rather than just the issue that he went in with. We would absolutely use this Clinic again for any emergency or minor Medical need. I do know that their front office staff were amazing because we decided to surprise my husband by paying his copay for him and they had no issue doing that. It was all in all a very nice experience, especially considering it was at a medical office which isn't always the most fun thing to do! I went to Dairy Road urgent care with a painful red burning fingers and hand. I had no idea when an injury happened to my hand. I was seen by a PA-C. I was given the diagnosis of a burn of unspecified degree of 'unspecified hand, unspecified site, subsequent encounter.' An oral antibiotic for possible infection and a Topical ointment to be massaged into the skin. I immediately began the antibiotic and followed all directions. By the following day my hand was terribly swollen and large blisters were appearing everywhere. I went to a local ER at the hospital where the physician there immediately diagnosed contact dermatitis, allergic origin . The doctor double checked that there was no infection by doing bloodwork. He then prescribed IV Solumedrol and Benadryl. He stated that in an antibiotic would be of no use as there was no infection, double checked through blood work. He prescribed a course of steroids to treat the allergic reaction and Benadryl as well as a topical cream. Within a few hours of beginning this treatment, my hand began to improve. If you've any questions about your diagnosis, please see a physician. This incident cost over $100 but far worse was the pain and anxiety over the possibility of long-term permanent damage to my hand. I will say that the staff at Dairy Road were kind and tried and to be helpful. The diagnostic skills need improving. Cause of the reaction was eventually traced back to the cart wipes at Target. Watch out for them too. read more
