I love sushi, no matter where I am traveling I always try to get some sushi to see how they make it in different countries. I made a reservation via google for this place for 8:00pm. Super excited, my sister and I headed to the restaurant and was greeted by the hostess and told we can sit outside or at the bar. Mind you it's hot and humid as it's near the end of summer. Since my sister is able to speak Spanish, she requested we get a table and it really seemed to rub the hostess the wrong way. Immediately her demeanor changed and she sat us and walked away only to come back and tell us we have a two hour time limit. Umm, that's definitely not Argentinian hospitality. Soon after, two other couples are seated around us and no mention of a two hour time limit is mentioned.
So we let it go and said no problem as we had plans after. I noticed her whispering to numerous coworkers about us and everyone just looking over at us. Sorry! I didn't realize I was back in high school at this point. Our waitress is nice, takes our orders for a ceviche and two orders of sushi rolls. I noticed that other customers receive their appetizers way before the sushi comes out, however they brought everything for us at the same. Once we take our last bite, we have our table cleared and check brought out!!! I've been here for a days already and happen to know that in Argentina, this doesn't happen. You have to ask for your check!!
So Nemuri Tera, thank you for a shitty experience and okay sushi. Mind you they were out of everything except salmon.... Based on reviews via google the same thing happened two weeks ago?!?!?! read more
