He really seems to enjoy and get a lot out of these one week classes. We used to have to take him to different locations were ever classroom antics could rent space. They now have a permanent location in North Royalton which is close to the house. The instructors are very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining the technologies to the kids. These classes are also reasonably priced.

After just days at a place that I observed adults that I observed behavior that bordered on…read moreaggressive with a few kids,our little one was coming home daily in tears, and being then lied to by individuals elsewhere as they complained about how our child was basically an inconvenience to them we immediately transferred to Family Life. Imagine our nerves and worries after the previous place. This never occurred at Family Life. The staff has been outstanding so far and the stages and assessments have been worry free, no actually, really rewarding. Communication has been good and we always feel welcome. Our little one talks about the teachers and friends continuously. Toddler classroom has been very rewarding!

We had to make a transition from another site and I was a little hesitant about the move but they did an awesome job in making sure the kids would adjust fine by keeping them with some kids and teachers they were with previously. Everyone I've encountered thus far has been polite and friendly. The teachers in my sons classroom are understanding, helpful, nurturing and inviting. I am very PLEASED with the work they do at the center.

I'm not sure how much has changed over the years but it was easily one of the best weeks of my life. I learned archery, kayaking, canoeing & embossing. At the time, you could pay $5.00 and choose to make any craft that they had to offer; I still have a wooden dog I painted (if you press it's nose it plays music) and it was the first time I ever participated in a scavenger hunt. The camp grounds were always kept very clean, the staff was amazing and it was nice to see that the property is exactly as I left it. I attended a wedding here today & would recommend Camp Whitewood to anyone looking for an affordable & alternative wedding venue. Although our friends explained to us that you cannot have alcohol unless you rent all six buildings but this didn't ruin our evening. The building they choose had two bathrooms, a decent sized kitchen, a large stage & plenty of room for eating & dancing. Younger children might be bored as there isn't a playground; however, you can enjoy a fire pit or a stroll through the woods. All the buildings, with the exception of the cabins, are handicap accessible . There's also plenty of parking in a secluded area surrounded by nature. So weather you're considering hosting your next event here or having your children stay for a week or two; Camp Whitewood is the place to be!

Their scheduling is awful and not professional. Their hours are flexible but still not reliable and they are not set so sometimes I would get confused when I had to work. No one there knows what to do so when I needed help for my onboarding forms they had to contact someone else because they didn't know how to do their job. Horrible staff.
